Ryan with Busy Bee was fabulous! He returned our call quickly, worked around our schedule perfectly, called when he was on his way and arrived on time! That was all before he walked in the door! He gave us a quick and fair estimate, treated, scrubbed, and cleaned in a very short period of time. We had 10 + years of pet stains that are remarkably gone. I know some will resurface but the carpet is fresh and beautiful! We also know our health will improve due to the amazing job that Ryan did. I recommend Ryan and Busy Bee without hesitation and with 10 stars!!!
Ryan called 25 minutes before appointment letting me know he was on his way. Arrived at allotted time. Went above and beyond with the carpets. They feel better and smell fresh. Wonderful! We have two dogs and host often so our rug and couch had lots of traffic and use. Busy Bee cleaned both our couch and rug and they look and feel brand new. Very responsive and thorough.

Wow Busy Bee exceeded our expectations. They responded expeditiously to an email inquiry on Saturday afternoon. Ryan asked the relevant questions gave us a fair quote and booked us for Monday. The technician called in advance and arrived promptly as scheduled. The carpet had very embedded stains from neglect The work was completed in under two hours and the results were wonderful. We will call Busy Bee again!

Montrey did the actual carpet cleaning for 3 rooms with carpet and we did the add-on of pet urine decontamination & odor removal and deep scrub/agitation. The add on is an additional $150 (3 rooms) and +$75 for the deep scrub and $40 set-up fee + $150 for standard cleaning. They accept zelle/cash/cc for payment. Montrey made sure we were satisfied prior to leaving and was hospitable and knowledgeable. Was done within 2 hours. Overall, good service.

This company is all about drawing you in with a low base price quote and then upselling you with extra charges for stain removal especially pet stains. They act is if a pet stain is nuclear waste. We paid over $300 to clean a couple of rooms. It took about an hour and a half I recall. The guy was professional and left very happy but I felt we had been taken for a ride. I would not use them again especially if you have pets or staining issues.
