Very happy with Busy Bee Carpet Steamers. I received an on line quote and scheduled my appointment for the following day. I was given a two hour window and Montrey texted and arrived within the promised time slot. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction!

Wow Busy Bee exceeded our expectations. They responded expeditiously to an email inquiry on Saturday afternoon. Ryan asked the relevant questions gave us a fair quote and booked us for Monday. The technician called in advance and arrived promptly as scheduled. The carpet had very embedded stains from neglect The work was completed in under two hours and the results were wonderful. We will call Busy Bee again!
Monterey was just at our house and did a fantastic job on our carpets. They look brand new again. We are so pleased with the results and our technician.

Montrey did the actual carpet cleaning for 3 rooms with carpet and we did the add-on of pet urine decontamination & odor removal and deep scrub/agitation. The add on is an additional $150 (3 rooms) and +$75 for the deep scrub and $40 set-up fee + $150 for standard cleaning. They accept zelle/cash/cc for payment. Montrey made sure we were satisfied prior to leaving and was hospitable and knowledgeable. Was done within 2 hours. Overall, good service.

I want to say this is the second time I've called them for my carpets and they responded quickly and got me set up within 4 hrs of the call both times.
The service was amazing,; I wasn't sure the pet stains would come out but they DiD!! It looks amazing and my husband was Very impressed, too!

Busy Bee Carpet Steamers provided fantastic service! After our initial cleaning, there were a few stains left on our sofa that we were still concerned about. Without hesitation, they came back out to make sure everything was taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results. Our sofa looks great now, and we couldn't be more pleased with their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and commitment to quality work!

This company is all about drawing you in with a low base price quote and then upselling you with extra charges for stain removal especially pet stains. They act is if a pet stain is nuclear waste. We paid over $300 to clean a couple of rooms. It took about an hour and a half I recall. The guy was professional and left very happy but I felt we had been taken for a ride. I would not use them again especially if you have pets or staining issues.

I would like the opportunity to look at your invoice and see exactly what our technician did. As far as treatment of pet urine/ feces being nuclear waste. Lol no we do not think that but we do however give you the option of having bio waste treated properly.

Montrick and Tevin came to my home and explained the process. I hadn't had my tile/grout properly cleaned in years. When they were done it looked new. They took their time in cleaning both my carpet and my tile, and I was even more impressed that they were able to get a big stain cleaned out of my sons room that I thought was going to be impossible. They proved me wrong.! I highly recommend

This guy said one price then when they showed up it was $200 more than the quote! The tech guys were talking so much that they did a really crappy job and left our white couch all spotty. Looks worse now than it did when they got here. And they convinced us that we needed a "deep clean" - pff deep clean my a$$!! This company is a scam and will be reported. Cannot believe they charged us over $300 for this trash job! Would not recommend to anyone!! Stay far away!!

We/ I do apologize for the unsatisfactory of this cleaning. White upholstery like yours can be can be a little difficult with removing body oils. I’m not sure what our technician did or did not try for a proper cleaning, but I would like the opportunity to set up another appointment to try and make it better. I like to resolve issues, not walk away from issues. I promise we are the real deal and strive to make sure all our customers get the best possible cleaning and customer service.
