We happened to be in the area and had found this place by chance decided to stop in. We were VERY glad we did! The service was fast even though it was busy and the food was hot and ready immediately. There is quite a diverse menu something for everyone. Food was delicious. Price point is about average for going out. Comparing it to fast food in the area. Its absolutely worth it... real food, fast for a good price.

Second bad experience in two weeks, both with the same female employee.
My first two visits were great — the male employees were friendly, welcoming, and knew how to treat customers. The last two visits? Completely different story.
The woman who took our order both times was flat-out rude. No greeting, no basic courtesy, just attitude from start to finish. Her tone and facial expressions made it very clear we were an inconvenience, and it felt especially directed toward me — something my boyfriend noticed immediately without me even saying anything.
The younger woman at the register wasn’t any better. Bare minimum interaction, no thank you, and she couldn’t even get the total right.
The food is the only reason this place is still getting any stars at all. But at this point, the service has gone downhill enough that I won’t be tipping again — and won’t be coming back if this is what customers can expect.
Management should seriously take a look at who they have representing their business.

We wanted something different for lunch vs typical fast food since we only had 30 minutes and they delivered. First, they are very kind and patient, that goes a long way in my opinion. The Burrito's themselves I thought were very good, personally, I wont get the steak next time. The flavor was good, the texture was off for me, so I will go with chicken, like I usually do in my burrito's. My boys got the red velvet cake and really liked it, but I was too full at the halfway mark in my burrito to have anything else. All in all, we will go there again next year as we are only in the area once a year, but I am glad we found it.

Spent a long time on the road and we looking for a filling lunch and this place hit the spot. We received a friendly greeting as soon as we walked in and they server was patient which I appreciate because my kids take their sweet time ordering food. I ordered nachos and the portion was generous. Flavor was right and the chips were salted in a way that complimented the food without overpowering it. The hot sauce adds heat without pain. The place was well lit and had lots of space. Definitely recommend!

Love this place! From the vibrant colors on the walls to the friendly faces of staff, it boasts a welcoming atmosphere. The menu options are vast, and the portions are phenomenal. I gave the ground beef nachos a go, and wow! The mixture of fresh ingredients and bursts of flavor from well seasoned meat was incredible. What a great addition to Waverly. If you have the opportunity to try their food I highly recommend it!
Need to look and fix your online ordering information

You have to call and explain if you need something on the side or any specific request. They are usually very nice over the phone when you do call. It’s just a very long process but do love the food. They clearly have Orange Fanta as a choice but was told No when I called. I was left feeling crazy. Food is Amazing.

Placed an order online for pick up through door dash. Ordered a rice bowl(was good), but we also thought we ordered the 3 tacos, turned out to be one taco that came with chips. And we ordered another order of chips not knowing the other order of chips came with the taco. Will order again but in person the online ordering was confusing.
