Rebecca is the technician who helped us for the maintenance within the guarantee period. She is very kind and patiently asked all the places that ants coming back. She also did a very nice finished job. Even though the price of All green is not to the cheapest in the market but their services is worth the price.
I am so glad I found All Green Pest Control to take care of my rodent issue. The technician Arron was patient and friendly to answer all my questions, knowing the issue from our conversation as well as his findings inside and outside the house. He then showed me the evidence where the entry points before he proceeded with his best solution. He blocked most of the entry points during this initial inspection and there will be another follow up soon and do more thoroughly blocking. I have learnt a lot today and ended up with a peace of mind. Thanks All Green Pest Control and Arron!
All Green pest control has been amazing we live in Tsawwassen land of farmers fields, an ocean port PLUS a building boom a block away from our house! The whole neighbourhood is awash in rats !
The folks from All Green are awesome Kyle, Aaron and Alex have been out several times and have helped us seal up the house and deal with very tricky rats!
They explained the best ways to keep them out and even discovered that we had a nest of carpenter ants! I highly recommend All Green services and the great staff they work with! Sheena McDonald Tsawwassen !
I just finished a one year contract with All green today. My mom said she saw a mouse in the house, so we call All green and set up an appointment and estimate, they told me it about $1000 CAD and they were going to track it for a year. I said ok, and then their technician came and set up some traps inside and outside the house. They also check to see if the mice could have came in outside. they found a couple cracks around the outside of the house and said they would also seal up the sewers drain with mesh. to my surprise, that cost is not covered in the $1000 we talked about and it had to be done to continue the service, which cost around $600 extra. I bite the bullet and ask them to do it. I went to check after the job was said to be done, but it was a half ass job, half the repair was not done and the mesh cover on the drains were loose. I complained twice before they sent someone over to fix it again. The fee also include a quarterly check up, but only the traps outside, the inside traps has to be requested to be checked. During the contact of the visits, I was out of the country for one of the visit, i asked them to reschedule, the receptist said ok, but the technician came anyways. Then same thing happened during the second visit, they told me a time, i called to reschedule, receptionist said yes, but again, technician came anyways, i voice my concerned and they said they will check but nothing came after that. They only thing they followed up was a late payment because, my credit card expired and i got a new card, this time they called and texted and emailed every few days. Today when the technician came to pick up the traps for the last time, we saw a mouse ran in and then out of the trap into a hole in the corner of the concrete, they said that the two inch hole was new and wasn't there when they checked for crack. All in all, i will not use any of their service and will not recommend to anyone. P.S. the mouse inside was never found or caught. and in total the cost was about $2000.

Excellent experience with All Green pest control. The initial information and process provided over the phone by Isaac was excellent and very detailed. He could recognize the imminent need for someone to come in based on our anxiety, and he was able to schedule someone to come in within 24 hours!! I also spoke with Shane over the phone to reschedule the 2nd visit and they were very accommodating. Another worker named Isaac came for the first appointment. He arrived on time and went through the process very clearly. He provided education on the problem and set up several traps inside and outside the house, taking the time to listen to our concerns. Looking forward to the next steps with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a best control company.
