Burge Sprinkler does excellent work demonstrating expert knowledge and workmanship on all sprinkler routine and complex repair issues. * update. Your email response says a lot. You request customers to review your service then get upset with their feedback!
Then respond via google with a more softer approach because you are worried about business impact.
Price was good. However the tech used his foot to adjust the sprinkler heads. I can only hope it isn't broken because of this. Also it didn't seem like he got all the water out of the lines since I could still see water coming out when it was shut off. All verifiable via cameras.

Hi Ramon Jones - We always strive to provide the best service possible however, during your service call the technician wasn't adjusting sprinkler heads. He was winterizing your sprinkler system as you requested. Sometimes they will push down one of the heads to force more air out of another to gauge how much water is left etc. This doesn't damage anything. We guarantee our winterizations and if there is freeze damage from any error on our part, we cover that free of cost.
After repeated issues with the sprinkler company we used last year, we fortunately found Burge and what a difference they’ve made. Martin and his techs (most recently Kevin) are honest, straight-shooters, and we can’t thank them enough for their work.
3/26 UPDATE: Martin and company continue to service our system with professionalism & efficiency, with kudos to Reid for getting us up and running this Spring.

Alex texted prior to arrival, had proper equipment and KNOWLEDGE, was very helpful throughout the operation, and efficient about billing methods.
And we will hope to have him available when we de-activate the system in the Spring.
We needed several heads replaced and several zones reduced. All done quickly and efficiently- eventhough temperature was only high 30's.
Our experience with Burge over the past 5 years has always been very good, but Alex's Service is excellent!
