We had our wedding at Bulong Estate Winery on 24 January, and it was absolutely perfect! From the first enquiry, Monica was an absolute superstar. She answered every single question (and I had plenty!) and made the whole planning process feel relaxed and enjoyable.
On the day, everything ran smoothly and effortlessly, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish.
Our guests raved about the set up, the wine and the location. If you’re looking for a venue with breath-taking views and an amazing team behind it, you can’t go wrong with Bulong Estate.

Bulong Estate is a stunning vineyard property that is ideal for smaller weddings (40-60 people) that still want a completely private location, something that is rare to find in the Yarra Valley. They have a beautiful garden perfect for an outdoor ceremony, with sweeping views of the vineyards and surrounding hills.
The owner and manager, Monica, is so wonderful to work with. She really puts you at ease with her extensive experience and advice, is so well-organised and really puts in the extra effort to help make the day go as smoothly as possible.
Another plus for us was how flexible they are for DIY weddings and bringing in your own vendors. We decided to DIY most things in our wedding and almost every request we had could be accommodated.

Monica knows how to do a wedding alright! Monica is organised yet adaptable, calm yet energetic, experienced yet accommodating, no-fluff yet so caring, and all with a gentle smile and an amazing team. What a woman. The venue itself is a dream. With mountains in the distance, vineyards all around and glimpses of wildlife on the drive in, while being able to be right on the grass, being at Bulong feels like being right in the heart of the best of the Yarra Valley.

Monica & the team did a sensational job in hosting our recent wedding. We absolutely adored the venue from the start to finish. Monica was a dream to work with and make our day come true. Nothing was too much. Thankyou so much!
Monica and her staff went above and beyond to provide immaculate service to all guests, with a wonderful attitude. It was pouring rain all day and the venue remained tidy and gorgeous, and staff got themselves wet running food from the food truck outside to indoors without stressing me about it! They were lovely to work with and extremely well priced.
We had an event at Bulong Estate in October 2024 and it was amazing. The grounds and views were stunning, and the food was spectacular. Monica and the team went above and beyond to make it such a special evening. We all had a ball!

We had our wedding (ceremony and reception) at Bulong and it was absolutely wonderful. The ceremony setting was beautiful; the views over the vineyard and hills are amazing, and the immaculate gardens were perfect for photos.This flowed seamlessly into our great reception. We had two long tables on the deck under the marquee and festoon lights, which created the perfect "family dinner vibe on a larger scale" - exactly what we wanted! Our guests felt so comfortable and raved about the incredible food. The staff are in a league of their own. The service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, and they ensured the entire day went off without a hitch. From the ceremony to the dance floor on the deck, it was all flawless!

We had our wedding ceremony at Bulong Estate and it was absolutely magical. From the moment we first saw it, we knew it was perfect. The views are absolutely breathtaking, looking out over the vineyard and the beautiful hills. The grounds are immaculate, with stunning greenery and gorgeous gardens that made for the most incredible photos (just like the ones we took!).What truly made our day perfect was the staff. They were simply amazing. From planning to the day of, nothing was too much trouble. They ensured every single detail went off without a hitch, allowing us to just relax and enjoy our special moment. It felt like a fairytale. We cannot recommend Bulong Estate highly enough for a truly unforgettable ceremony!

We had our wedding at Bulong last Saturday and couldn’t fault it on anything. From the first moment we walked in to have our first look Monica was so warm and welcoming. We booked then and there !! Everything about the day was perfect, the setting, the staff, the service and the food.
I couldn’t imagine a better setting for a relaxed cocktail wedding for around 70 guests.

Bulong Estate is the perfect location for a personal, relaxed and special wedding. It was beyond our imagination, and dreams. Monica was amazing, as well as all the staff who assisted with our reception. Highly recommend!!! Just wish we could attend another wedding there so we can enjoy it again!
Bulong's micro wedding option for an afternoon ceremony and some post ceremony drinks and nibbles was exactly what we wanted and excellent value for money. Monica was great to deal with. Unfortunately it didn't stop raining so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful outside space but inside was cosy and a lovely light space for our family to enjoy.
The garden space is beautiful for a ceremony. Unfortunately it was pouring rain but we were able to move onto the deck under a marquee and still have the backdrop of the vineyard and trees. Flexible options that still take advantage of the beautiful surroundings.
