The slide on our 2022 Thor Pasadena, Lippert manufacture, malfunctioned, (AGAIN!). We were on the last leg of our seven thousand mile trip and needed immediate service to make our RV serviceable. Based on prior reviews I selected Bulldog RV Solutions in Wilmington as we passed through North Carolina. Rhonda, Mike and Wes were exceptional! Rhonda coordinated with our extended warranty company, Cornerstone, and Mike and Wes replaced the slide mechanism on site in a very timely manner getting us back on the road on schedule. The work was completed thoroughly and remedied the ongoing issue we have had with the slide. They were extremely courteous and professional in all regards. I can not thank them enough for there prompt, excellent service. I would recommend them without any reservations to anyone needing service in the Wilmington area. I called Bulldog RV because I was having problems with my RV slide out getting jammed/not working and the seal around the slide out was leaking. I had another mobile repair service completely replace all the slide out parts and it still didn’t work right. They also said they repaired the leak but water was still coming in. That’s when I found Bulldog RV. Mike and Wes know how to diagnose a problem and only replace the parts needed. He is very knowledgable and does great with communication from start to finish. He is also very dependable and has fair pricing. My slide out is operating better now than when purchased new and he replaced the seal that was damaged from the factory too. I would highly recommend Bulldog RV to get your rig repaired right the 1st time!! They also like dogs which is a bonus in my book!!

These folks do one wonderful job! On top of that they are like family immediately, experienced, professional and honest. They take the time to answer your questions and help you make good decisions. They will be my go to Mobile Techs because I’ve lived in three campgrounds and have had good techs at each. And I ran into some bad ones. So I know what I’m talking about. Now my Son needs them for his travel van camper! ADDENDUM: After I wrote this all changed. They never responded, no follow up, not even an explanation call. It’s the disappeared! All the things I really needed they neglected. Big promises so follow through. Don’t waste your time. But I did find an absolute honest hard working young man that went above and beyond to do the best of every thing.

Mike and Wes did a great job of finding and correcting the electrical problem with my brake lights. Mike also took the time to teach me some things about my camper. They were knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and great to work with. Highly recommend.

This place rocks
I needed 100 amp converter and called three different shops in Wilmington and they couldn’t even get me one call camping world and it would take them a week plus to get one and then I had to drive to Myrtle Beach to get it or have it shipped here I called bulldog She found one for me ordered it and had her son deliver it the next day to my house if you have any issues with your RV, I would contact this place. First they go over and above what even the big companies do thank you so much for your service.

This company wasted no time to assist me when I needed help with my toilet and my air conditioner on one of the hottest days ever. They are very professional, kind, an affordable. I highly suggest their services. In fact, i'm getting ready to request them to come and replace my awning fabric. I give 5 stars, I would give them 10 if I could. These guys are worth more than 5 stars. Rhonda was great while scheduling and Mike/Wes came and swapped out my energy hog roof AC with an efficient/quiet DC powered unit. They know their stuff, fair pricing, and the hardest working RV guys I've met. It was 90+ degrees that day too. I will use them again when its not so hot.
