Shimon and his team were great to work with. As we lived in our home during a bathroom and laundry room renovation we got to know his trades very well. In addition to doing amazing work, they were all incredibly friendly, trustworthy and respectful of our home. Shimon is responsive and focused on ensuring things are done right and his clients are satisfied with the quality and outcome. His work was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Shimon and his SB team to others!
Shimon absolutely delivered for us. Not only did he and his guys do high quality work for an excellent price, but they worked fast as well. Before starting the job, I explained to Shimon that I had a very short window to complete the work, and he got everything done ahead of schedule (pretty much unheard of in the construction industry).
Also, we had an issue with the undermount lighting in our kitchen A YEAR AND A HALF LATER, and he had his electrician come over by the end of the week to fix it pro bono.
All around very pleased with the work.

When we bought our new home it needed a solid makeover. We wanted to move in within a few months and have the work completed in that short time frame. Shimon was brought onto the team quickly and did a thorough walk through of the space to give us clear expectations of what should be done along with our list of wants. The teams Shimon brought into our home were respectful and highly skilled craftsman. Everyone from the painters, flooring, tilers, and woodworkers were excellent and took pride in the work they completed. Our home is beautiful and that is in big part to Shimon’s management of the work.

Where do I start. I have been living in my house for over 30 years.. My house was very neglected . Every year it became a joke when I said I wanted to renovate. I always put it on hold because I had a vision and I was not confident enough to ever start. My niece hired Shimon to renovate her washroom. I was in aww when I saw the finished product, it was amazing. I said I need this contractor. The story begins. Shimon, I couldn’t have done it without you your trades people were amazing . Shimon and his trades were very professional, friendly and polite. They always left a very clean worksite, which our designer, who deals with many contractors, commented on. He was quick to resolve issues, was open to our concerns, and was communicative. His prices were fair. The end product (two renovated bathrooms) was excellent. We recommend him without reservation.
