I can't speak more highly of Phil for the remodel he did of my home. He did a whole house remodel and had it almost completed before the hurricane. He stuck with me and re-did it all after the hurricane. The remodel required him to put in new support beams because of the remodel that I wanted done, tear out walls, new kitchen, bath, closets, flooring, hurricane sliders. He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him. My house is absolutely gorgeous.

Philip went way above and beyond for our kitchen renovation. Motivated by the fact that our original cabinets fell off the wall a week after we moved in, Philip was more than on top of figuring out a workable design for our small kitchen. We always wanted waterfalls on our island and he made it happen! The quality of work was excellent, and his subs for drywall and tile were some of the nicest (and fastest) I've ever met. When you work with Philip and 3D building, you get the whole package. Plus he's got great stories that make you miss him when he leaves! We will most definitely be throwing more future projects his way!

We got 3 estimates for our new kitchen project with 3D Building & Remodeling being the 3rd. My wife and I chose Phil and 3D over the other two companies largely because we liked the idea of the owner spearheading the project. Phil has a great deal of experience and helped us throughout the process. We appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. The project took longer than initially forecast but these things typically do. And in the end it was worth it. Our new kitchen is beautiful! Phil and Stacy took wonderful care of us during our renovations! They are certainly experts in their field and we have the remodel to prove it! From being punctual and attentive to helping bring our dream kitchen to life! Phil always made sure the work site was clean at the end of every day, to be thoughtful of my asthma and new pregnancy. Phil also made sure that we had a functional area to still be able to cook in and get meals ready! Stacy helped make sure that with the new design we’d be able to see our little one from anywhere while we’re in the kitchen and this has given us such peace of mind being able to have that ability with her design she created specially for us! I would recommend them over and over again!

We were very fortunate to find 3D Building and Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. Phil is very dedicated to making his customers happy by paying attention to their wishes and creating the kitchen of their dreams and I can truthfully say he did that for us. He also worked within our budget where possible. His crew is awesome too. He only works with the best and they all do quality workmanship. We were not always home during the work and I felt completely confident with the way they kept our home secure and our dog loved everyone of his workers ( and he is not always trusting of everyone, LOL) I totally recommend 3D Building and remodeling to anyone who wants any remodeling done.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! We have worked with 3D Building and Remodeling for three projects – our master bath remodel, “man cave” cabinetry and most recently a kitchen and spare bathroom remodel. Our kitchen remodel was ambitious - we wanted to completely reconfigure our kitchen to make it more functional and modern, and Phil’s ideas far exceeded our expectations! He worked with us from start to finish to design the cabinetry for both the kitchen and bathroom and suggested finishes that flowed with our house, creating a cohesive look. He took the time to really listen to our ideas and offered suggestions every step of the way, to include moving electrical, appliance, and island lighting. His attention to detail was impressive – I felt like he was working on his own kitchen. I knew if I woke up at 3am thinking about a potential problem, Phil had already identified it and had a solution ready to go. Our project was finished quicker than I expected, within our budget, and looks like it could be on the cover of a magazine. We couldn’t have completed this project with any other company – the work was of the highest quality and Phil was our partner every step of the way reducing stress! Thanks Phil!

We were on a tight schedule with a new baby on the way, and Phil made sure each deadline was met before the baby arrived. I can't say enough great things about Phil and Stacey with 3D Remodeling and Building. Phil and the team of people he works with made my dream of having a beautiful kitchen a reality. There was never a time during the remodel that he didn't keep me informed. He took the time to explain things to me and was so patient with all of my questions. Stacey has a gift for design and somehow knew what I wanted even when I didn't know what I wanted. I'm still so impressed at how smoothly everything went.
