Garage door wouldn’t close and kept coming back up. Called, and they had an opening at the exact moment we called, so they came and fixed the issue immediately. Mitch was an excellent technician who was friendly, did a thorough evaluation, and acted with integrity when he was able to fix the issue based on a poor electrical connection even though it would have been easy to recommend and charge for a full replacement. Excellent service for the second time from Rise & Shine since we owned the house. Will trust them again in the future when it eventually needs replacing! Thanks Mitch (and Rise & Shine)!
As usual, MSP HVAC got the job done quickly and professionally. I’ve used them for all my HVAC needs since I bought the house 22 years ago and have never been disappointed.

Boe, Bow, Bou (please forgive my uncertainty of the proper way to spell his name) was amazing!! We had water coming into the house through the main line that we could not shut off. He knew exactly what to do and who to call. He got the city water works to come after hours and shut off the city water supply to the house. He was calm, professional and compassionate to our situation. He came back the next morning and completed the repair of pipes that had burst. We have had work done by MSP before and will continue to use their fabulous service. Thanks again Boe!!!

Nick Z was awesome! He came for our annual water heater tune up and I left with some pretty great knowledge about water pressure in an old house. We will definitely have them out again soon to work on that!

Great company. Had an another company come to check my air conditioner and furnace. Was told needed to replace. Wanted another opinion and MSP said it was fine. So happy. The technician was great. Told friends about MSP.
