Jared was professional and knowledgeable. When I set up the appointment with the office, we agreed on a date and time range. Jared communicated when he was on his was for the original date. They following day, after the raccoon was trapped, he replied to my message promptly and returned in a reasonable time that day to remove the animal and seal the animals entryway. Will use this company in the future if necessary.
Jared came out to check our home for mice and place bait boxes. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us some good tips to prevent rodents coming into our home moving forward. I appreciate his kindness and how great he was with my Golden Retrievers :). I would happily recommend Jared and Buckeye Wildlife Solutions!

Baby got BATS! Jk not anymore thanks to Buckeye Wildlife! When we noticed a bat flying near our 4 month old, and then a few days later another bat chasing my husband, we knew we needed an expert. The office team quickly put us into communication with Jake, who then came to inspect our house that day. He was thorough and honest about the problem we were facing and took detailed photos of the access points that he was able to identify. We were then able to communicate via text message to schedule a time that worked for both of us, which was really helpful as a working mom trying to juggle multiple things. The issue was fully taken care of within 2 weeks of us contacting the company. This is a stark difference from the first company we called who couldn’t make it out to service us for almost a full month! It is evident that the work was completed well and with care. I would recommend Buckeye to anyone facing similar issues. Let’s hope we only observe bats from afar, and on the outside of our home from now on. Thanks Jake and the Buckeye Wildlife team!
Austin was amazing. Had a squirrel who wanted in the house. Austin made time to come the same day and set a trap. Showed up to get the guy the next day so he could relocate him and communicated everything with me. They laid out the cost up front. Love the communication and speed of service. Gave me places that needed to be reinforced and gave an estimate for them to do it upfront. Amazing job Austin. Thank you for everything!! Our fur babies will definitely sleep better without our extra buddy running around the exterior of our house.
Austin did a great job diagnosing our bat problem! He made us feel comfortable about the situation and was very knowledgeable, answering any questions we had about the removal process and bats in general. He also took the time to explain what the removal process would look like and what all he would be doing to the house. When it came to the actual exclusion process, he arrived on time and kept us informed of what he was doing and how the process was going on both days he was at our house. Overall, I am very pleased with the job he did and would recommend this company and especially Austin with any bat related problems!
We are very pleased with Jared & Jake who worked to secure under our deck so we wouldn't have anymore critters. They kept us posted as to when they would arrive and did the work in good time. I called on a Saturday for bat removal service. I expected voice mail or “use our online form.” I actually spoke to JAKE- a live person! He scheduled an inspection for Monday. Pleasantly surprised at his knowledge, efficiency, explanation of issues and recommendations for remediation of not only bats but also bald face hornets. Would highly recommend him for any wildlife management issues.

We had a technician at the house within two hours of our call! Tyler was incredible….quickly locating and removing a bat in the house . He was extremely professional, friendly , and took the time to explain a lot about bats! I would highly recommend this company !
We discovered that a raccoon had decided to visit our garage attic. Jake and Jared came out and assessed the situation, figured out how the raccoon was gaining access, and set traps. It took 3 days but finally the raccoon was trapped and removed. Jake returned and secured the access point. Can’t say enough good things about those two young men! Very knowledgeable and polite and helpful to the max! Thanks guys!!
Friday afternoon we found an expired skunk on our property! My brother referred us to Chris at Buckeye Wildlife Solutions. Chris came and removed the skunk with in 1 hour. He was very Professional and talented to all details for the skunk removal. Hands-down, I would call buckeye wildlife solutions again and recommend that you would as well!

Highly recommend Buckeye Wildlife if you have any critters taking residence in your home. My little bandit didn't get caught, but Jake from Buckeye, got all my vents covered and cleaned up the mess he left behind. They responded right away- same day and plan in place. Jake was a very nice guy he called me back right away he came to my home within 15 minutes he got the possom out of my bathroom within 10 minutes my 6 yr old grandson was so happy he came we were all scared we heard a noise in the middle of the night and locked him in my bathroom and Jake called me back right away and came and took care of it he was extremely good to me and my grandson im so grateful for this company ty Jake

I had a very horrible situation with a rat snake trying to get into my outdoor dryer vent. 😳. It kept laying in the rocks right outside the vent, too. Tyler came and checked everything out and was able to get the snake rather quickly. The snake went with him, thank goodness. He was very professional and kind. A+ service.
