Squirrel!
We were certainly fortunate to have Carter come out to help resolve an issue with squirrels in the attic. Professionalism and empathy go a long way and he brought both. The weather recently did nothing to help the situation and there was one squirrel who stubbornly didn't want to leave. Carter persevered and team got the job done.
It's always nice to work a long suffering Cleveland Browns fan like Carter. I would gladly recommend Buckeye Wildlife Solutions. Double that recommendation if Carter is the technician

Carter and the team at Buckeye Wildlife Solution offer a solid 5 Star experience in both product and service. Within days we went from crawl spaces and attic that needed serious clean up to a pristine condition that any homeowner would be proud to have. 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG! Thank you, Carter!
Adam was beyond amazing. We’ve had an ongoing problem with red squirrels in the unfinished portion of our attic. One was quickly caught but the other proved elusive - popping up on video but squirrelly about taking the bait. Adam switched out baits and traps until the final squirrel was caught. I appreciate Adam’s diligence, knowledge and communication - he went above and beyond. Adam previously helped with an outdoor raccoon problem and groundhog damage. We wouldn’t use anyone else!
I had to have a critter cleared out of my crawl space before I could have plumbing work done. Carter came out right away even though we were in the middle of a snow storm. He also helped me close off the entry point the animal used to get into the crawl. Carter was diligent & professional. I’ll definitely use Buckeye Wildlife Solutions if I have any issues in the future.
Really disappointed to have the write this review, however, I hired Buckeye Wildlife Solutions to resolve a mouse issue in my home and paid nearly $2,000 for their services.
Unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved after almost six weeks. After being assured by their technician (Jared, who is mysteriously no longer with the company) that issues were resolved, they are still not resolved after their first visit which was on January 8th. It is now February 10th. This is extremely concerning given the cost and the assurances that this would be handled.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of follow-through. The original technician who came out is no longer with the company as mentioned earlier, and we have now been waiting almost a week for someone else to return to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, we are still actively dealing with mice in the house.
At this price point, I expected:
-A fully resolved issue
-Faster response times for follow-up
-A smoother transition if staffing changes occurred
Instead, I feel like I paid a premium price for an incomplete solution and poor continuity of service. I do not feel like a valued customer. There has been no urgency from Buckeye Wildlife Solutions to resolve this matter and in fact, they feel dismissive when we've tried to get answers.
I’m sharing this so others understand that, in our experience, the problem was not resolved despite significant cost. I am happy to update this review if the company takes urgent action and makes this right.

Cynthia, we’re sorry to hear you feel dissatisfied and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
The exclusion and sealing work performed during the initial service was completed as outlined, and after the original technician unexpectedly left the company, our manager followed up with multiple return visits to reassess the property, inspect for activity, and provide additional bait stations at no charge in order to support continued control of the mouse activity. Our goal throughout has been to ensure the home is properly protected and to respond in good faith to any ongoing concerns.
Rodent control is a process that can require monitoring and follow-up, as activity may persist for a period of time even after entry points are sealed. Nevertheless, we made continued efforts to assist, including additional site visits and materials beyond the original scope of service.
We understand the charges were disputed through your bank and have been resolved through that process. Nevertheless, we continued to invest significant additional time, site visits, and resources at the property in good faith, ensuring ongoing service and support despite the dispute, and have remained available to communicate and work toward resolution.
We take pride in our work and in standing behind our services, and we encourage you to contact our office directly if you would like to discuss the situation further.

Over the weekend, we had an unexpected roommate (squirrel) move into our attic that was pretty noisy and causing a ruckus. Adam with Buckeye Wildlife was able to help us evict said roomate in no time, and even was able to bribe them with some peanut butter!
Jokes aside, Adam was incredibly professional, quick, and courteous throughout the entire wildlife removal process. He clearly knew what he was doing, explained everything well, and handled the situation efficiently.
If any other wildlife ever tries to move in rent-free, we know exactly who to call. Highly recommend!
