We recently purchased an indoor sauna from bsauna with an all glass front panel including a glass entry door. Unfortunately due to the design the door is 2” smaller than the glass sidelights. This resulted in a large gap at the bottom of the door and a smaller one at the top. This allowed significant heat escape and requires longer to heat this sauna compared to our previous (larger) outdoor sauna with the same size heater. Unfortunately bsauna sees this as an installation problem and is not willing to correct. Would not recommend this company.

If I were able to attach photos to this reply, I would include both the images from our website showing the dimensions of the glass wall you ordered and the photos you sent us of the installation.
Based on the photos you provided, this appears to be an installation issue. Whoever installed the front glass wall made the opening both wider and taller than it was intended to be, which resulted in the larger-than-normal gaps you’re seeing. The U-channels and glass sidelights are adjustable during installation, and it’s clear from your photos that the installer could have adjusted them to significantly reduce the gaps at the top and sides of the door.
The air gap beneath the door is completely normal and is designed that way to allow fresh air into the sauna. However, the oversized gaps at the top and sides are not the result of the product, they are the result of the installation.
Rather than reaching out to us to see if there was a way we could help resolve the issue, you immediately suggested that we had done something wrong.
Blaming our company for this is simply not fair. This was not a product defect, not the wrong-sized glass wall or door, and not an installation performed by us.
We stand behind the products we sell, and if there had been a manufacturing defect, we would absolutely take responsibility for it. In this case, however, the issue shown in your own photos is clearly related to the installation, not the product itself.

Andre - Electrician
We had a small service issue with the sauna heater during the first few months of our sauna purchase. Bsaunas immediately ordered the replacement part and the Bsauna electrician installed the part as soon as it arrived from the manufacturer in BC.
I would strongly suggest hiring Andre the electrician from Bsaunas as your heater/AC power installer. Andre is very familiar with all Bsaunas equipment and does great work !

I am pleased with the front desk and the service provided which was for the most part prompt, courteous and helpful. They have a good selection of saunas on display as well as all the accessories. Unfortunately as I was doing a DIY sauna they did not have the wood nor the special nails that I was requiring and there was some issues around venting and breaker size that I presume would not be an issue if buying one of their finished products. Overall I would not hesitate to encourage others to give them a call.
