Our latest experience with Bryant has been very disappointing. We recently hired them to put an aluminum fence in our front yard, and we chose them with no hesitation because we’d used them twice previously and had good experiences (hence 3 starts instead of fewer). They gave us an installation date of Friday 5/8, so we made arrangements for our dogs to stay elsewhere while installation took place. They contacted us Friday morning to ask us if they could install Monday instead. When we said that we’d rather stick to the original plan and would like them to come that day as planned because we’d already taken the dogs elsewhere, they informed us they’d already sent their crew somewhere else and that there was no option to stick to the original plan. We really didn’t want to start the process over, so we agreed to an installation date of Monday 5/11 instead. We both work and were told that we did NOT need to be at home for installation to begin on Monday. So this morning comes around and we both head to work as planned. I then receive a phone call from my neighbor saying that the fence installers were knocking repeatedly on our front door. I rushed back to the house, scared that they would leave and push our installation out even farther, and the installers said they needed to talk with us about the placement of the fence before they got started. So obviously we did in fact need to be home for installation. This has been very frustrating and disruptive, especially because we all know these fences are not inexpensive. When paying so much for a product and service, it would be nice if the experience was more pleasant.

Theo crew came out and removed a rotten wood fence and replaced it with a beautiful white vinyl one. Outstanding work. Got it all done in one day, cleaned everything up. Very happy!

First and foremost, I want to say that I’m truly sorry for what you went through, especially during such a difficult and emotional time in your life. Missing time with your father is something no one should ever have to experience, and I hate that this situation contributed to that.

I do want to provide some important context for anyone reading this. The events described occurred in May of 2023, under previous ownership and with a team that is no longer part of Bryant Fence.

From our records, the previous owner ultimately agreed to not collect the remaining balance of $3,925 in an effort to resolve the situation at that time. While that does not undo your experience, it was an attempt to make things right under the prior ownership.

That said, I take full responsibility for the reputation of Bryant Fence today. What you described is not reflective of who we are now or how we operate. Our focus is on clear communication, reliable scheduling, quality craftsmanship, and treating every customer with respect, especially during challenging times.

We are committed to being better, and to earning the trust of our community every single day.
