Great, delicious, amazingly good ice cream . But the service has been going downhill each time I've been going this summer .
The staff will openly gossip and laugh at you while you're ordering. I mean we’re just trying to buy ice-cream, it’s not complicated.
The staff turns what should be a pleasant experience into a very demeaning one.

I must give my opinion to the new owners compared to the original owners Brumm's. I have been going there as a young kid lucky that I was 10 minutes away walking. IF ANY of you remember the old days with the original owners the ice cream they made had little ice crystals in it and flavor ot of this world.The place was spotless and as a kid Mr brumm always came out asking us kids Did you check out thr new flavor ice cream I just made. At that time for me was the raspberry swirl with lots of real raspberries in it On the house kids just let me know how it was.
Unfortunately reads ice cream has no ice crystals in it and definitely no flavor. It's quite obvious when reids bought brums they never bought the original recipe. Now after a couple visits no more might as well go to dairy queen for the same quality.
One thing for sure the place is filthy washrooms

What a waste of a great establishment. Here's to the brumm family who took pride in their work and actually cared about their customers.
Pleasant service,these young people really project ed a sense of community. But my favorite thing was their buttermilk... yes buttermilk! If you enjoy buttermilk AND there isn't many of us, this place must use an old process, because it tastes like the buttermilk that I enjoyed as a young man, and I'm 72.
