We called Bruce MacKay Pump & Well, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. Dakota and Jose arrived promptly, were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our system. They replaced both the well pump and pressure tank, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They worked efficiently, treated our property with respect, and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. No one enjoys unexpected repair bills, but when you're dealing with something as important as your home's water supply, having skilled technicians you can trust makes all the difference. Dakota and Jose turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience through their expertise, professionalism, and customer service. We have a well on our property and had no water. Omar and Dakota were terrific. Omar had me send him pictures of various component parts (sensor) and he was able top diagnose over the phone what the problem was. So Dakota showed up with the appropriate replacement part and we had water within a few hours our my call. I can't imagine getting better service.

Amazing Service!! We were having pressure issues with our well, Immediately they were able to schedule us for the very next day. They came out during the crazy huge snow storm we got (2/17/2026) which I honestly thought they would reschedule. Despite the weather conditions, Victor and his crew showed up with had such a great attitude. They found the issue immediately and were able to get us back in service. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our well, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood. Again, these boys were out in the weather with such a good attitude, I am very thankful for them! You can tell they value their customers and the importance of water. The tough weather conditions, the amazing knowledge on wells, the total repair time, the professionalism and positive attitude. 100 out of 5 Stars!! Haven't had pressure issues since!

When I woke up this morning I didn't have any water. So I went out to pump house noticed that the picture was no longer in running condition. Went to Walmart and bought a new heater. Crawled under the house and heated up all the appropriate pipes. Started to get a trickle and then trickle turned into a low pressure stream. Went back up to the pump house and noticed that the breakers were cycling very fast. Scared me cuz I don't know anything about pumps. So I called these guys Bruce McKay pump and well service. They sent out two technicians within the hour Ashton and Dakota. These guys fix the problem so fast it didn't even get a chance to eat my breakfast. They put my mind at ease. I felt like I had to replace the pump and that would have been a whole pile of money. These guys lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders. Thank you so very much Ashton and Dakota.

Well pump died. Our usual company was not available so they referred us to Bruce MacKay Pump. Tech Joe Gildone called for info. Came out the very next morning nice and early. Diagnosed and made repairs quickly. Water back up and running. A few days later pressure tank blew out of the ground. Joe was not available but took my call on a Sunday. We were able to get the other company to do the needed repairs but early Monday Joe called to make sure we were set. He was prepared to come back and get us running. Another company High Desert Drilling referred us so you know they are good when the same trade has confidence. Highly recommend!

While we were the dumdums who didn't check the control box, Bruce's tech was great and helpful. We had no water and assumed our pump went out. We called two places. The first said they'd call us back in 30min (was more like an hour). Bruce answered and quoted us immediately. They also moved things around to get to us within two hours and had us scheduled as quickly as they quoted us. Can't say I've tried others, but I sure did like Bruce's team.

On 7-17-25, Jay from Bruce MacKay came out to work on our well which was having issues with air in the lines. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a very hot afternoon and a lot of work pulling the pump and replacing the check valve. He even helped take down part of our fence so the well could be easily accessed (my husband has a disability that makes it hard for him to perform physical tasks). We VERY MUCH appreciate Jay and Bruce MacKay and would give more than 5 stars if that was an option! Thanks!!

Upon our Friday return from vacation, we found our well pump was off. It was evening so we called and were put in touch with Jay, a field technician. I explained to him the steps I'd already taken to diagnose the problem. Jay gave me a few simple instructions and had me back up and running within ten minutes! 100 percent customer service, everyone in that office is great and awesome! I had a horrible insurance claim with American Home sheild, the girls in the office were so helpful getting this sorted with me, when most companies may not have the time to even deal with those issues. Let me tell you, they stuck by my side until a payment was received!!!! If you need a well company- please use them.

This morning I called for service for my Father's well. They were very quick to react and diagnosed the problem very quickly, needing a new pump. In most cases, to replace the pump, it would be days later, but they instead pulled the pump and replaced all with-in 3 hours. My Father was absolutely delighted. The crew treated my Father with such respect, I am not good with names, but I believe one of the crew members named Victor was a prime example of what would be expected of excellent customer service that so often is a lost experience. I cant thank you enough.
