You can't beat honesty & integrity. I called Brothers Foundation after seeing some cracks in a couple of my walls. As a first-time homeowner, my mind thought worst case scenario. Frank came out and gave an honest assessment of the situation... which was that everything was okay and no work was needed. He reassured me that it was nothing more than some natural shifts and gave me some tips on how to take care of my foundation moving forward. It was such a blessing in so many ways. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Brothers Foundation Repair and was extremely impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. After reviewing the elevation readings of my home using the ZipLevel-Pro 2000 system, Brothers Foundation Repair took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was happening with my foundation and drainage issues in a way that was easy to understand. The inspection showed settling along the right side of the home, with readings reaching around -0.7 inches in certain areas, while other parts of the home remained relatively stable. Instead of trying to oversell unnecessary repairs, Brothers Foundation Repair provided a detailed plan that included new concrete pressure piers, soil grading improvements, proper backfill work, and a new drainage/French drain system to help redirect water away from the foundation. The recommendations made complete sense based on the elevation map and water flow shown in the report. What stood out the most was how educational and transparent Brothers Foundation Repair was throughout the process. Brothers Foundation Repair explained how poor drainage and soil movement were contributing to the foundation shifts and showed exactly how the proposed repairs would stabilize the home long-term. The diagram and measurements were incredibly detailed, and I appreciated that Brothers Foundation Repair focused not only on fixing the foundation itself but also correcting the drainage issues causing the movement in the first place. The team at Brothers Foundation Repair was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with every question I had. When it comes to foundation repairs, you’re thinking scary, expensive and messy. Brothers foundation repair is exactly what I needed, they are extremely professional, knowledgeable and well priced. I couldn’t recommend them more, they came to give a quote just a couple days after contacting them, explained what needed to be done to fix a dated garage that flooded every time it rained. Do you need to repair foundation of your building in DFW area? Brothers Foundation Repair is your answer. Under Mr. Frank and Mr.Augustine supervision, the workers repaired my old building's foundation with their best skills-digging, raising, putting piers under concrete foundation, etc. They really showed a good team work. Even though I didn't know what to do as most people have , Mr. Frank gave me a good explaining plan from the beginning to the ending, He really has professional skills. Thanks for your job.

These guys were amazing. Thank you, Frank and your crew, for all that you did to make my historic home more stable, secure, and sure to survive for years into the future. If you are looking for a fast, reliable, professional, honest and fair foundation company - LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys were up front with a free inspection and estimate, answered all my questions and explained all my options, making sure we knew what the plan was. I have a very old pier and beam home, and they have really done an amazing job in solidifying her foundation. They took care of my home, making sure to care for the people and possessions within - they were courteous, absolutely professional, and a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
