Jake jones and my driver Carlos did awesome. Fair price, Jake made it happen immediately after another company tried to change the price. Carlos delivered so fast my head was spinning. Brookewide kept their word, no funny business with the price. I would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.
I would heavily recommend that you not waste your time with this company. I booked with them to ship my truck from Florida to Colorado. When I signed the contract with them it said they would pick up my truck on December 13th for $950. I was told they would reach out the day before pickup to confirm pick up time. When no one reached out to me I reached out and was told they didn't have details yet but I would receive a call by the end of the day which did not happen. The next day which was pickup day I called multiple times before I finally get through to someone and then as soon as I got them on the phone they hung up on me. After some time I finally got a hold of them and I was told they didn't have any drivers in the state to pick up. I am now being told unless I pay double the price there's nothing they can do for me. This puts me in a tough stop trying to get my truck shipped last minute for my cross country move because they failed to communicate with me prior to pickup date that they could not do the job. They are very unprofessional and do not communicate effectively.
🚗It’s scary to hand your 35k vehicle over to a stranger. Most of us are looking for Shady Red Flags from the get go BUT…. Tim was GREAT! ✨I signed my contract and then changed my dates and pickup location several times with NO PROBLEMS! 🏁I texted back & fourth with the driver & was even able to PRAY w/ him! 🙏🏼 JUST KNOW, Most drivers with any company are going to try and broker a little more money, but I got my original quote.✨The Only 🚩 was Tim only liked to communicate by text BUT he did call me after i told him that was weird. 😀
I recently needed my vehicle transported from South Carolina to Georgia. Mr. Steve Harper was the man to make it happen. He was attentive to our concerns, found a mover, he remained in contact with me throughout the process and checked in to ensure that I received my vehicle.

I would not recommend this company to anybody poor communication more than doubled their quote and could not provide a driver for the contracted price. Contract does not mean anything to them. They’ll come at you with a low price and then raise their price even though they have a contract for a certain price Worst experience ever.
