Couldn’t be happier! They anyways go the extra mile, between answering my questions in the DMs to informing me when they thought there was an issue with my new camera. Also there’s no need to shop around I’ve done the research and they are by far the fastest and most affordable developers around. (P.s. This is a 100% honest review, NOT incentivized)

Found them on IG from others sending their film here. I sent in some film and they helped me figure out why it might not have turned out, they were so helpful and kind in helping me with my camera and film. I did a test roll to make sure everything was working properly, just got the scans back and they’re great!! The turn around time is so quick. Definitely recommend sending film here!

I have been a photographer for over 50 years and got back into film photography about 10 years ago. I normally sent my film off to well known labs in California and Florida. By accident on google maps one day I found Brooktree Film Lab, a short drive away, so gave them a try. Now, after over a dozen rolls of film processed and scanned I am very impressed with the quality as well as turn around time. All my film will now be going to this team. My last trip to them was a real test. I dropped off 4 rolls of 55 year 120 Verichrome as well as a 20 year old roll of 120 Kodacolor 200. The results were the best I have ever seen from any lab I have used for well out of date films. Since I drop off and pickup my film I see the work area and it is very clean and organized. The folks there are also very welcoming when dropping off and picking up film despite being busy with processing film. Highly recommend!

I recently discoverd Brooktree on IG and sent in a roll of FlicFilm Cine Color 50D to be processed in ECN-2 and scanned. They did a fantastic job with development, scanning, and exposure/toning of the scans. I was very happy with the images I received back and would definitely send more film their way.

Although my interaction has been limited so far, I plan to have a great deal more work performed. Bob and the gang are super! I heard about BrookTree Film Labs from another photographer who randomly recommended it at a metro station and now I am making it my go-to lab. The website and all of the interface is well put together and the prices are seemingly unbeatable for the quality you get in return. I love that there aren’t extra fees for different formats like half-frame! Once my film arrived at the lab the turn around times were incredibly quick and I received my scans the very same day. Robert is very kind and helpful in his messages and the rest of the crew does a great job. Thank you BrookTree for your amazing work and I’ll be coming back from now on :)

I am new to film photography and had been searching for a film lab that I liked. I had first used a very large lab in my city that advertised nationally, but wasn't that happy with the service I had received. The quality of work and friendliness of the staff at Brooktree has completely blown me away. My scans were available within 24 hours of them receiving the package, and they look amazing! My negatives were sent back the next day, and they arrived in a nice padded envelope, and a very high quality archival sleeve. I also appreciate that they do not charge extra for half frame, and also uploaded each photo individually. Overall I am so happy with everything. I definitely will be sending in more rolls to get developed. Brooktree is definitely my preferred film lab from here on out!
