I rarely write reviews. Richard and Trey at Brooks have worked with me for months -- possibly years -- to fix a problem that was almost impossible to solve. They have been so kind, so patient, and so intent on getting that problem solved, which they did! I would place my life in their hands, but having them handle my HVAC issues is probably sufficient.

Trey and Frank’s service was OUTSTANDING! I called and spoke with their team and they came out quickly. They were professional and very thorough in their inspection and repair of my unit. Brooks Custom Comfort & Services is the best A/C company in Austin. Super fast and affordable. They’ve got excellent customer service and the technicians are always very helpful when explaining the issue and what my options are. They service and maintain several of my properties and make sure to get us back up and running asap. This is the only company I use and trust when it comes to quality A/C work.

Brooks really saved us! Our AC system was poorly designed and implemented when we originally built our home. Brooks came in and spent a ton of time to do it right and make sure putting in a new system would work! We truly had remarkable experience and continue to use Brooks for scheduled maintenance. The Brooks team was literally a God send in this Texas summer heat. They did not hesitate to walk us through their troubleshooting process and provided a comprehensive service. They went above and beyond—after replacing our capacitor, they checked our coolant charge and verified the system was performing adequately. All for a fair price! We highly, highly recommend!
