Over the past year, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Brooks and Kirk, and it has been a very positive experience.
I now have 3 new qualifications, CAVA, IQA, and AET, which was made achievable and possible with the help and support of the team at Brooks and Kirk.
From the ease of contact in seeking support to the clear and helpful feedback given to help me achieve and pass each unit. Every person I spoke with and met, were highly professional and confident, and more over approachable and friendly. The team made assessment via zoom / teams easy and managed the process very well.
I undertook most of the learning online, but did visit the office to undertake an assessment, even at the office I was welcomed and the people I met were all very helpful and polite even Allen.
Overall a very positive good experience and a team I would recommend to others.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Brooks and Kirk for their incredible support throughout my course. Every individual I interacted with was remarkably supportive. My tutor, Laura, provided outstanding feedback and guidance for every unit, while Amber was amazing, always responding promptly to my questions. This experience has given me the confidence to provide the best for my trainees. If I pursue further qualifications in the future, I wouldn't look anywhere else—I’ll be coming straight back to this institution. Thank you for a great online learning experience.
I cannot recommend Brooks and Kirk enough. They are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They have been so supportive every step of the way. I have learnt so much through this course and completed it at my own pace, as I work at the same time. I qualified this week and finished the CAVA course and have just accepted a job as an early years assessor today. Thank you Brooks and Kirk!
I completed my Level 3 CAVA course with Brooks and Kirk and I would highly recommend these training providers. A friendly, hardworking and dedicated team that are always on hand to help. Great, concise feedback on coursework from Rebecca and Laura, which made the assignments a smooth process. For any other help, I found Steve, Billy, Kacey and Lisa incredibly friendly and immensely helpful. I am planning my next step in the assessment field, I will definitely choose Brooks and Kirk to study with. A great team. 👍

I don’t usually write long reviews, but Brooks & Kirk genuinely deserve one.
From the start, their approach to training stood out. The courses are structured in a way that makes even the most complex parts feel manageable. They don’t rush you, they don’t leave you guessing, and they don’t just hand you a checklist — they actually teach you.
What impressed me most was how thorough they are with the documentation and the quality standards behind every task. When you hit a wall in understanding, they are there. I want to honestly give my review. Thumbs up for Brooks & Kirk. When you want to know what professionalism is, then join them. I was doing my AET Level 3. I enjoyed every bit from begging to the end. I sued to watch Dan videos during the course, then on this day when we were doing our Microteach, boom, there Dan is face to face. I had problems with my laptop, he was explaining things and I missed the explanations, but wow, he referred me to the Office for support, the lady who assisted me was fantastic. When I finally got reconnected, the exercise was professionally handled, the explanations, the patience when things seemed not to go well for the trainees were done with the coolness I have never witnessed. Overall, every about the course was top notch. If you are thinking of any studying, that is the College.

I have just completed the level three award in education training with Brooks and Kirk.
This is the third course I have undertaken with them. I have found my experience with them absolutely fantastic.
The staff are always checking in with me and offering help when required. I know they are only a phone call away. The training videos are absolutely fantastic .
I am now undertaking my final course with them a level four certificate in leading internal quality assurance.

5 Stars – Outstanding CAVA Experience with Brooks and Kirk
I’ve recently completed my CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) qualification with Brooks and Kirk, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the support, guidance, and professionalism I received were exceptional.
The course was well-structured, flexible, and clearly explained, which made it easy to fit around my existing work commitments. My assessor was incredibly helpful and gave constructive feedback throughout the process. The resources on Moodle were comprehensive, and any questions I had were answered promptly.
The practical aspect of the course, including observations and professional discussions, was handled professionally and helped me grow in confidence as an assessor. I now feel fully equipped to assess learners in a real-world setting thanks to the skills and knowledge I’ve gained.

I started the course in October 2024 and finished March 2025. There was amazing support from the beginning. Assignments were marked fast and there was always support available if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone considering this course. Once completed there has been suggestions on how to start an assessing career and my certificate arrived within a couple of weeks.

I have heard some god awful horror stories from people who have dealt with tutors/assessors on online platforms and I was nervous to start because of it.
I found however, that Brooks & Kirk are the answer to caring, knowledgeable and competent online learning!
From my first phone call which had me laughing away, and at the end, so excited to start, they have been wonderful!
There has not been a second where they have made me feel inferior or stupid and they have done nothing but boost my confidence at every hurdle i've found myself at.
They regularly check in but not too much, they will talk you through any part of your course, as many times as you need until you get it, without anything but kindness and understanding!
It has taken me alot longer than I originally anticipated and intended, with covid and personal issues but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel like I have everything I need to succeed.
At the end of my prfossional discussion, I found myself choked up, not just because i'd finally completed it but because I was over whelmed with how amazing the whole process was.
To the people of Brooks and Ki
rk, know that your staff are unreal and an asset to your buisness and you are an assett to the industry!
I will tell everyone I know about you because I want so many more people to feel how accomplished and confident I feel now and it's all because of you!
