Mark and his team came through where other repair companies could not. We called them down again and again and he sent Representatives without making me feel like a nuisance. At last he himself came down and gave us service like we have never experienced before. Since then it is working without a hitch!We are so grateful to him and his team for coming to our rescue at the time where we had little kids and a newborn baby home and needed the hot water so desperately!

We love problems because we solve them. Even when the manufacturer doesn’t know what to do.

Because we always follow manufacturers recommended procedures.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for Mazgan as their team was exceptional from beginning to end. My combo boiler/ hot water heater died suddenly and they put in a new Navien system quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the job they did. Special shout-out to Mark and Kenny who troubleshooted several problems that arose because of the set-up of my apartment with true expertise, good humor, and genuine concern regarding getting it done right. It was a true pleasure dealing with them and I could not recommend them more.

Thank you for the kind words, your non-condensing Baxi Boiler replacement was a challenge. The old Combi - Boiler is no longer made, and the technology is no longer made.

All the issue from venting, thermostat to condensation line where addressed. We had a good time solving the issues. Truthfully, situations like these is where I’m able to demonstrate our strengths. Thank you for the opportunity.

I chose Mazgan to resolve a problem with my Navien combi boiler, and I am very happy that I made this choice. The problem turned out to be much more serious than initially expected, and resolving it required several visits by Mazgan's technicians. Although the repair process was more involved than anyone had anticipated, the company continued working on the problem until it was fully resolved. Throughout the process, the technicians proved themselves to be responsible professionals who worked hard to solve the problem. Mazgan arranged for the necessary parts to be supplied by Navien. In several cases, obtaining those parts at no cost required Mazgan to negotiate with Navien on my behalf. The company was also very accommodating regarding the overall cost of the repairs. In the end, Mazgan proved to be a reliable company that stands behind its work and can be trusted to see a difficult project through to completion.

Boy did we have fun here, Navien gave us lots of parts under warranty. We are thankful for your patience lets us get this boiler up and running.

Cooling part was even parts that are normally not covered they did… navien customer Service is exceptional.

Looking at your history, we’ve been working with you since 2022, we’ve maintained and installed Daikin Ductless units. And also Mitsubishi H2 units which is considered hyper heat.

I’m flattered by the great compliments… we worked on a Space Back evaporator and an old R 22 system. We were able to find a leak at the Schrader pin. Eliminating the need to change the units. Saving the customers tens of thousands of dollars.

We’re happy we were able to do that, because that is part of our leak test process and procedures.

A special shout-out to the technician, Kenny Labonte, who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. TLDR: safe, thorough, educational. 10/10 would call again. - My in-unit residential heater has been rattling and the filter light has been going off since I moved in (2 years). I've taken it apart (as much as I could) to do superficial cleanings, but to be safe I asked my landlord if I could find a Rinnai-certified technician to complete a professional servicing. I found Mazgan on Google and chose them due to their 4.7 rating. My landlord's initial concerns with outsourcing from the super was that companies tend to tack on hidden fees/charges. Mazgan did not do this. In advance of our appointment, Mazgan assured me that they were only booking me for a professional servicing appointment (which included opening up the unit, completing a comprehensive cleaning, and diagnostic), and that any issues found would not be addressed in that appointment but rather a 2nd appointment would be recommended if necessary. Thankfully, nothing was wrong with the unit (besides the fact that it has literally never been cleaned 🙃). Zaki, the technician, was extremely thorough. He cleaned the unit for nearly 2 hours, was very quiet and gave me a heads up when something would be noisy (which enabled me to work-from-home in peace), showed me photos of how clogged the vents were with dust/grime, and provided a lengthly and clear explanation of how the machine works and the importance of cleaning/how accidents can happen if not. They showed up when they said, charged what they said, and completed what they said. First things I did once Zaki left were to save Mazgan's number, purchase a carbon monoxide detector, and leave this review.
