Me and my goddaughter had a great experience here today. The owner was so sweet and kind. She gave us a tour and was very thorough in telling us about all the services and activities they offered. We had the best time with Noopur! We went in for our “pour session” on Tuesday and had the whole place to ourselves. She was so sweet and helpful. Our experience was less than stellar. The first 20-25 minutes of our party there was no direction from staff on what to do with a group of 5 year olds. When I took matters into my own hands and let them dance in the splatter room and tried to give them snacks to hold them over while staff was mixing the paint I had previously asked my guests be able to do independently with their parents, I was reprimanded by staff and told they are not allowed any food until after the paint session was over. When asked if we could connect our own music staff looked at me and said I don’t know that’s the owners call as if she does not work here and my request strange or unreasonable. I stated we could not have known this as there was no direction given. Next the kids went in and did the splatter zone and the manager got upset that they were coming out with paint on their feet when done. Again NO direction was given to the children or parents on what to do after the splatter was done. The actual paint time was done with the staff and we were left with 30 minutes to eat. With a few minutes left the kids were half still eating and the others running and playing as children would do at a birthday party and again the manager gets upset the kids are touching things and playing but reminds me we need to wrap it up because she has another party after us. Now we are scrambling to clean while kids are still eating almost having to take plates away to hurry up and get out despite losing time with one person mixing paint colors while we sat doing nothing. Asia was rude and dismissive to myself and more than one of our guests. The final straw which prompted this review is the website stated UP to 10 guests was $125 for the splatter zone, 10+ $175. I was originally charged $175 for 10 kids. When I brought this to their attention and showed her their own website I was told the website is old and she argued about not honoring the price I was quoted when booking. She finally completed the request but by this point so many things had gone wrong that the damage was done. I had planned to have a few more events here for the parents and adult friends but I will say this does not seem to be the best place to have kids events unless more instruction, direction, and guidance given by staff so everyone is meeting expectations appropriately. I’m disappointed but happy my baby enjoyed her day.

I’d like to clarify how the party flow is structured and where things may have felt off.
As guests arrive, we have them choose their colors, and our team pours out the paints for them—we don’t mix paints on the spot. We typically begin the painting session once all guests have arrived, and I do recall confirming with you when your full group was present before starting.
At that point, the group chose to go into the splatter room. For safety and cleanliness, we do have clear guidelines that shoe covers and ponchos must be removed before exiting, since paint can easily spread through the studio. Unfortunately, those instructions weren’t fully followed, and some children moved around the space with paint on their feet.
The painting portion of the experience runs about 1 hour and 15 minutes, followed by approximately 30 minutes for food and celebration, which aligns with how your event was scheduled. Toward the end, precisely 3 minutes before your party time was ending, I also gave a brief heads-up that another party was arriving shortly so we could begin cleanup if you were wrapping up.
Regarding the splatter room pricing, I completely agree there was a miscommunication. The website had not been updated at that time, although the correct pricing was reflected in our system, which I did share with you during the visit. I sincerely apologize again for that confusion.
