I met Brody at a trade show and he has since installed a new furnace and air conditioning in our home Brody's customer service skills are top notch along with the young lady that answers the phone when you call in. Dominic came out to service the furnace and air conditioner and he was very efficient and kept the area clean and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Bromacfor your HVAC needs.

I didn’t personally deal with the service tech, but my tenant said the tech did a great job keeping the area clean. He was knowledgeable and showed her how to clean all the parts of the gas fireplace. He made sure the fireplace was put back looking immaculate.

When I call Bomac the lady who took my call was very pleasant and made sure I had a spare bathroom to use until repairs were done. She told me the name ,and the time, of the service person coming .
Kai was right on time and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process as well as what caused the "noises" . He also reviewed my hot water tank and I plan to call on Bromac to replace this item when the time comes.
I highly recommend this business and give them 5 stars.

Problem needed to be looked after quickly. That happened and it is a few days later and the repair is done. Excellent.
Kai did a fantastic job with our kitchen sink and drain. I highly recommend Bromac and Kai's professional service.

I would highly recommend BroMac Mechanical. We have had them to our home several times since 2019. We first met Brody when we discovered a leak in our basement. My daughter found Brody on social media, she was very impressed right from the start. He requested she send him a picture so he could arrive prepared. He is always very prompt and is very knowledgeable. We have had Brody back to replace 2 of our toilets, also to replace 2 of our thermostats and most recently to service our boiler (which he services every year). I truly trust Brody and value his opinion. He always keeps you advised on what is needed to be done and never makes you feel like you’re being taken advantage of. The Bromac team are all very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Bromac.

We had an excellent experience with Bromac Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning when they installed our new heat pump and furnace unit.
From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done properly and efficiently. The workmanship was excellent, and it was clear that they take pride in the work they do.

Our older hot water on demand system had a catastrophic failure and Bromac was able to have the system replaced by the following afternoon so we appreciated the fast service!
