Incredible company & staff! We have had issues with other companies in the past but Brock roofing is hands down the best! Sophia is the kindest most knowledgeable person in the industry. I’m so grateful for her guidance as we had multiple buildings & other issues needing to be resolved after the terrible hail storms last summer. Sophia is so professional, honest, & trustworthy. She was able to help us understand how the process worked with the roofing company & insurance company. Even when issues popped up she was able to tackle them with ease & find solutions that worked all around. My family cannot recommend Brock roofing company enough! They took care of us, my parents house & another family members home. We are so grateful for Brock roofing & especially Sophia for all their hard-work!

Can’t say enough good things about Brock Roofing! Jose came out for an inspection after a mild hail storm. Although we didn’t sustain enough damage to need a new roof, they graciously nailed down a few loose shingles. Those little acts of “above and beyond” are what will keep us coming back!

Update: I was very wrong concerning Brock Roofing. Once the owner, Jason, got involved with the project, the change was immediate and very positive. Now that the project is done, I have changed my rating to 5 STARS and would easily recommend Brock Roofing. They fought with my insurer and I was able to get the full replacement cost of the roof and gutters. They understood how to dispute the initial estimate and hired an independent appraiser and did all the paperwork to contest the State Farm low-ball estimate. They recommended class-4 impact resistant roof shingles that saved me over $2000 on my insurance premium. The work was professionally done. They came when they promised and finished when they promised. Jason proved to be trustworthy, honest and took responsibility for the quality of the work. He handled any problems that came up quickly and to my satisfaction. Follow-up was fantastic. Previous review. I would not trust what they say. I had some hail damage to my roof. The first company that came out said that the damage was to one area of the roof and that my insurance company would probably not pay to replace the entire roof or enough to meet my deductible. Brock Roofing claimed that there was widespread damage to replace the entire roof. The said that they would work with the appraisers to get the full replacement. They said they would fight on my behalf, request second or third reviews and even hire their own appraisers to show amble evident to the insurer. The insurance adjusters came and reported that the damage was minimal and specific to one area and would not pay for a larger replacement. Since then I have not heard back from Brock Roofing. Whatever they said about fighting to get my full replacement was gone. They said what they said to try to get the job. Makes me think what else they will say and do with a real job.
