Had Sophia and Nathan with Brock Roofing come out and inspect our roof, definitely needed to do a claim. She helped walk me through it and was there while the insurance adjuster was for any questions if needed. Everything went smooth from claim to tear off to replace. Very fast service, they did our whole roof tear down and upgraded impact resistant new shingles in one day! Cleaned it all up even as it got dark!

We had need of a small roof repair and they sent a roofer out and got us taken care of quickly and were so professional. That led us to use them when we had hail and wind damage to our roof and needed to replace our entire roof. Brock Roofing was phenomenal working with our insurance adjuster and bringing multiple items of other damage to his attention. Then Brock Roofing handled ALL of our repairs….roof, gutters, fixing the garage door and repainting it, AC fins and repainting our wrought iron fence! This all happened when I was having to deal with multiple other issues. They took all that stress away. It was totally worry free from start to finish. They made us feel like family. Jason and his team at Brock Roofing are the GO-TO people. I freaked out a few weeks ago when a rain/wind storm tore off several roofing panels on one side of our home. Our roof is five years old, and the company that initially installed it was unavailable to check it out. I called Brock Roofing, and Jason was at the house assessing the damage the next day. The damage was repaired within two weeks, and he matched the shingles perfectly. Excellent response time, great communication, and all handled promptly.
