Had Sophia and Nathan with Brock Roofing come out and inspect our roof, definitely needed to do a claim. She helped walk me through it and was there while the insurance adjuster was for any questions if needed. Everything went smooth from claim to tear off to replace. Tear off and replace all done in same day!! Would recommend Brock roofing, Sophia and Nathan Purvis to any one.

Very fast service, they did our whole roof tear down and upgraded impact resistant new shingles in one day! Cleaned it all up even as it got dark!

We had need of a small roof repair and they sent a roofer out and got us taken care of quickly and were so professional. That led us to use them when we had hail and wind damage to our roof and needed to replace our entire roof. Brock Roofing was phenomenal working with our insurance adjuster and bringing multiple items of other damage to his attention. Then Brock Roofing handled ALL of our repairs….roof, gutters, fixing the garage door and repainting it, AC fins and repainting our wrought iron fence! This all happened when I was having to deal with multiple other issues. They took all that stress away. It was totally worry free from start to finish. They made us feel like family. Jason and his team at Brock Roofing are the GO-TO people. I freaked out a few weeks ago when a rain/wind storm tore off several roofing panels on one side of our home. Our roof is five years old, and the company that initially installed it was unavailable to check it out. I called Brock Roofing, and Jason was at the house assessing the damage the next day. The damage was repaired within two weeks, and he matched the shingles perfectly. Excellent response time, great communication, and all handled promptly.

It has been a little over a year since Jason and his team replaced my roof. My house is a new build from 2021 but was struck by the nasty hail storm of 2021. Sine being replaced, we have had very little rain. In the few rains we did have, I noticed a small/slow leak in a bedroom ceiling. I called Jason for guidance/help. He rapidly responded and had guys out first thing to investigate. They didnt notice anything specific so they added some extra coverage (silicone) just in case. A few months went by and finally another rain and the leak was back. Jason once again sent his team right away. Same thing; nothing apparent but they tried another remedy to see what would happen. Now months go by and finally another rain. Same thing, a slow/small leak. Jason once again, without question, send his team out. Once again, nothing visual. They decided to either take the roof section down and replace all materials, or perhaps the wood chimney was the cause which is not roof specific as it is a builder failure. They sealed up the chimney nice and tight and we again waited. Months later we received multiple rains and I can finally say we are 100% leak proof and rain PTSD free. Over the year and a half, Jason kept in touch, asked how things were, sent his team on multiple occasions, all free of charge cause he believes in the principle of solid honest workmanship. He maintained communication, showed concern for my family, showed kindness and integrity and best of all, showed heart and compassion. He and his team are reliable and I would recommend them without question for your roofing needs.
