Came out for a quote, then followed up on the phone twice saying quote would be email the same week. Never sent the quote and started ghosting and not answering any calls or returning calls when we left voicemails.

Douglas came out for a quote and promised to have it ready by the end of the week. Never heard back from him. Called the number on his business card and on the website, but no one ever answered. My wife and I left voicemails but never received a single return phone call.
Very unfortunate as I see based on dozens of reviews they provide outstanding work *IF* they bother to show up.

Brock Mechanical is so great to work with. It is easy to reach them and they are responsive about scheduling repairs and maintenance. They are thorough, professional and knowledgeable. We very highly recommend them.

I needed a new pressure tank because my pump was short cycling. I was recommended by a coworker to call Brock mechanical plumbing. They were extremely quick and helpful in setting up a date. Tod the plumber did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and cared about craftsmanship. I will definitely recommend Brock to any friends and family. Everyone I worked with was very honest and helpful.

Had Ken from Brock Mechanical remove whole house filter and old water softener and then install iron filter and water softener system. They were punctual and very professional. Installed in a very organized way that pleased my OCD tendencies! Would certainly recommend them for your service.

I’ve had a great experience working with Doug and the team at Brock Mechanical. Most recently, they came out to repair an issue with a pipe at the bottom of my foundation, which required significant digging to reach the problem area. The crew carefully hand-dug the area and showed real skill and attention to detail throughout the process.
They were very conscientious about protecting the surrounding concrete and maintaining the proper slope away from the foundation. They also made sure the pipe was properly sealed before finishing the job.
I had also requested a specific material that they do not normally use in their services, and they accommodated my request quickly and without hesitation. I really appreciated them going the extra mile for me, and they did not charge me extra for that accommodation.
This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with Brock Mechanical. They have previously helped me with my water heater, including installing a chimney liner and an electric anode rod. Every experience I’ve had with them has had a positive outcome.
They are reliable, professional, and they stand by their work. It’s not easy to find contractors who take this much pride in what they do. Doug and his crew are a real gem, and I highly recommend Brock Mechanical.
Five stars all the way.

Very pleased with Brock’s services. They emailed me the day I reached out to get more information for the repairs I needed. They were able to come out right away and charged a fair price. I prefer to deal with smaller family owned businesses and these guys are definitely top tier A++

The estimate was fair and I Immediately felt comfortable with Skylar and Dan as they explained everything to me that morning. They were both meticulous at their work.as they installed a gas line and exhaust system for a new washer and dryer. I also had them Install a new utility sink. They were very adamant about not leaving until the entire job was done. The job was done cleanly, efficiently and the areas all left spotless. I will definitely call them on all my plumbing jobs. That may be soon because my 37 year old water heater may quit any time.
