Nearly 8pm and I see I need a new tyre for my long journey tommorrow, google local tyre places, see some poor reviews for local ones, bit concerned they won’t have the tyre size I need . Then I spot British Mobile Tyre, start to fill in form and get a message … exchange a few messages, agreed a price and 30 minutes later somebody is at my drive swapping my tyre, great price all done, highly and I mean highly recommended.
Picked up a screw in my front tyre today, like for like replacement done at home within a couple of hours of request. Great service. Thankyou

Long delay and poor service
Waiting far too long for service and then being pressured to pay in cash left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was told they would arrive in 20 to 35 minutes, but didnt for over two hours. This lack of organisation and customer consideration makes it hard to recommend.

Great service. Answered the phone, gave a quote and located technician quickly. The technicians that came out were lovely and really helpful. Prices for emergency call out were brilliant. Very very happy with the help that I was given
Great service. Managed to kerb the front passenger side wheel causing hole in wall of the tyre. This was around 6pm on Bank holiday Monday. The tyre was changed at 8pm! Great communication throughout letting me know an accurate ETA. Took around 15 mins to swap out the tyre, at roadside. Would highly recommend.
Call out service very approachable. Tyre damaged by a pothole! Mechanic arrived within 25 mins on a busy Bank Holiday. Fast, efficient and friendly service on a busy, narrow country road. Very reasonable cost. Very grateful! Highly recommended.

Its important when fitting tyres to any vehicle over 3.5T tyres they have the correct LOAD INDICATOR number which is on the plate certificate. Although we ordered 110/108, the fitter brought 107/105 and tried to argue it didn't matter. It would have rendered the vehicle illegal to be used on the road. After argument they left. the company BMT refunded our deposit right away.
