Absolutely diabolical company
Absolutely diabolical company. Nothing but problems with the Hoverboard I purchased from them. They refuse to respond to emails I've raised on the matter and they rarely answer their customer help line, and when you do get through, they're not friendly or willing to help.
The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with.

Absolute shambles. Poor communication. Product delivered days and days late. Only half the items arrived. Told next day delivery . Not arrived by nighttime and this was for my 11 year olds Halloween- event ruined as still no product. Absolute Shambles
I ordered a hoverboard and a hoverkart for my son's upcoming birthday. The items that were delivered were wrong. I originally emailed customer services, who have not returned my email, so I then contacted the team via Facebook Messenger. Although they responded to my message, the message did not address the issue and instead told me that the item that I had received was out of stock and so would not be available. When I asked again for information regarding the return of the incorrect items and the delivery of the correct order, they did not reply. I have asked about the returns a third time, and they have simply said the address is on the box. The company are not responding to my messages, have not replied to my emails and are not taking calls.
Got a kukirin c1 pro been in touch email after email about the front brake not working,back wheel making noise and offered the details of the scooter shop I had to take it too for details on the matter nd just blanked but yet still taking my payments on time absolute joke especially when the scooter was less than 2 weeks old aswell gutted.only got one as it wouldn’t let me post it otherwise.
Item arrived when stated but was damaged/not in full working order.
Attempted to contact several times with very poor communication throughout.
Said returns label would be sent out for me to return but never recieved it and now a few messages have been ignored for 4 days and I'm left with a broken scooter !
Purchased hover board kart kit as next day delivery yet after two weeks item still hasn’t arrived. When trying to make contact via phone it would take around 30 times of dialling the number before getting answer. Told stock hadn’t arrived when they expected yet they still have it live on their website and as next day delivery. No contact from the company with updates on my order until I made contact with them. Only positive I got from my experience is they refunded my money quickly.
Scammer and thief
Sold me a hoverboard that had a fault after first use. Contacted seller who hung up phone.
Then sent emails unanswered. Finally got him on messenger. Refuses to accept return despite it being the law. Stated he doesn’t care about law. Total scammer. Bank and trading standards now involved.
He’s not even a registered company.
Complete con man and scammer. Avoid this thief do not spend your money here.
