Absolutely diabolical company Absolutely diabolical company. Nothing but problems with the Hoverboard I purchased from them. They refuse to respond to emails I've raised on the matter and they rarely answer their customer help line, and when you do get through, they're not friendly or willing to help. The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with.
