The SL location stated they were working on an item of mine, then called and told me it was damaged, I went in and they could not find it, that it was lost. I have had multiple trips to the storefront. I understand things happen but I do not have the "damaged" item because it was not the item we sent in, that one was lost. They gave me store credit but I found the whole experience to be frustrating. I was told I need to come by the storefront between 7a-3p which I am at my paying job. Just frustrated.

Manager, I’m honestly very disappointed. She constantly makes faces, purses her lips, and has been very disrespectful and rude. I think it’s time to let her go. Her attitude is unacceptable, and she has been extremely rude.

They have either changed owners or something but the prices are now sky high and customer service is terrible. They promote a coupon and then come up with excuses to not apply it. I’ve been reasonably loyal but may now change cleaners
