Rented a car from this place. Got the runaround. Went to use the vehicle and it was unsafe to operate. Then when returning, I was getting up charged for things I didn't ask for. It wasn't until I went through the pricing with the rep that I found unnecessary, unauthorized add ons. He promptly removed after I questioned the charges.
Just a reminder to everyone to ask for a print out of your charges and go through the final amount before you get charged.
David at Bristol Car and Truck Rental provided excellent service. He was very friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean and ready on time. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I really appreciate his helpful attitude and would definitely recommend this location.

Renting a car from Bristol in Brampton, where I was staying for a week to visit relatives was way easier and more economical than pickup up and returning a car at the airport. It spared us aggravation of navigating the traffic and route when we were tired on the way in and saved time to catch an early flight on the way back home.
The Bristol staff were quick, competent and friendly and the compact SUV we had performed fine. I would definitely rent from them again.
We rented a 2026 Kia K4. Good, clean, maintained vehicle. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Brian and his coworkers got us all set up and ready quickly for our weekend rental. They insure you fully and the price is reasonable and even competitive compared to other companies and rental apps. Will definitely be coming back to Bristol whenever we're in need of a rental!
