Kenny was great to deal with from start to finish. When my garage door suddenly stopped working, I wasn’t sure what the issue was. He talked me through a few steps over the phone to help troubleshoot, and thanks to his guidance, we figured out that the motor had failed.
He came out shortly after and replaced it quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier, he installed the latest motor with Wi-Fi connectivity and a built-in camera, which was a great upgrade. He also took the time to walk me through how everything works, including setting up the app and explaining all the features clearly.

I totally understand why these guys have a 5/5 rating. Was extremely straight forward and easy to deal with. Sent photos of broken spring. Kenny called and provided an estimate and was able to come out quickly. Springs replaced within the hour. He tested to ensure it was all working smoothly. Kenny from brimbank garage doors just installed a Merlin door controller for us. Their service was incredible- 24 hours from initial phone call to completion. We have an old heavy garage door and Kenny installed a model suitable for its weight, oiled everything and retensioned the springs. Manual lift was previously really tough- two arms and a big shove - now I can lift it with two fingers - amazing! The Merlin unit is so quiet and lifts the door easily with perfect precision. The remote works perfectly. I have the biggest grin on my face right now I am so happy. Kenny was prompt, polite, professional and friendly. He did a great job. To conclude - a fantastic experience and outcome - I highly recommend brimbank garage doors.
