Just had our solar and battery installed by Brightworks Solar. Very happy so far. Our Sales consultant Caitlin was very helpful from start to end, prompt response and answer all our questions and concerns. The install team did a fantastic job on the day. Punctual, polite, explaining everything and left the site clean. A very smooth and pleasant experience. Hightly recommend these guys!

Choosing Brightworks for my solar and battery installation was the best decision. Right from the start, Caitlin was approachable, knowledgeable, and gave me complete space to make a decision without any sales pressure. Her quote was transparent and itemized, making comparison easy.
On the day of installation, Gareth and his team demonstrated true professionalism. After confirming the exact locations for the battery and gateway, they worked swiftly and methodically. Every team member knew their job inside and out, and their communication was excellent throughout. They finished everything to perfection and left the workspace spotless. I cannot recommend Brightworks enough!

We already had solar installed but wanted to add a battery to the setup and were a bit unsure how best to go about this. Very glad we requested a quote from Brightworks as the team there were excellent throughout the entire process.
Caitlin provided helpful advice and a variety of different options for our quote. She was communicative, friendly and continued to promptly answer any questions we had. On installation day everything went smoothly as Anthony and his team were punctual, neat and did a fantastic job.
Couldn’t be happier with the final installation and highly recommend Brightworks Solar for anyone looking to get a battery installed.

Great company to deal with from first phone call to obtain a quote to after installation. Caitlin was a joy to deal with over the phone and on-site visit by Anthony really sold the deal. They replaced the old solar panels with new ones, installed the Sigenergy battery and gateway. They also integrated the new system with the smaller Goodwe inverter and solar panels from a previous install (not installed by Brightworks). Installation was very professionally done and whilst it early days, I am very happy with their complete service. Well done team.

Brightworks installed both our solar panels and battery and then our EV charger. I would recommend them to everyone. They were so friendly and professional, and just genuinely lovely people to work with. Their work was exceptional quality. I feel lucky to have found them! Thoroughly recommend!

Great experience
Thanks to all the team at Brightworks, especially Caitlin, for making our solar upgrade such a great experience. Our experience from the first call for a quote to the completion of the installation was actually really good. Questions were answered, negotiations were fair, tradespeople were on time. A thoroughly professional job all round and more than happy to recommend.

We installed 21 panels generating 10kwh with a 24 kwh battery.
We got a prompt phone callback after filling in our details on their website. We communicated via email regarding the quote, followed by an onsite inspection before work commenced. Great communication from Caitlin throughout the process. Really easy to deal with, no hiccups or changing of dates!
We had to wait a few weeks before the install could proceed as they were busy. On the day of installation, they completed the work and left the place tidy. The system is working well and will be connected to export back the gird a week from install (need to get certification signed off). We are still getting the hang of the Sems plus app but will get a better idea of how much we are generating and storing with a bit more time.
We did get another quote from a bigger installer but felt they were quite pushy with their sales tactics and felt they were also more expensive with panels/battery of a similar/potentially inferior quality.
We were recommended to use Brightworks Solar from family and would recommend them to our friends.

Quality Install from start to finish
Brightworks made the whole process smooth from the initial quote through to final installation. Their pricing was competitive, the products were high‑quality, and they took the time to do a proper site inspection before starting work. During installation they were clearly focused on getting everything done correctly. My roof tiles were a bit tricky, but Brightworks handled it professionally and replaced the necessary tiles to ensure the system was fully watertight. Highly recommend.

Brightworks have been exceptional. We had a solar, battery, stovetop replacement done and this went very well.
Quoting - Alexandra was helpful and upfront with quoting, recommendations and options. I had lots of specific questions and the team accommodated them all, visited when needed and spoke through implications.
Install - Install day was professional and completed ahead of schedule on the day. The guys brought me over whenever choices needed to be made, and went with my preference, even when it wasn't the easiest to perform. Everything was left tidy. The lead sparky helped me setup and test the mobile apps and backup failover.
Quality - The install quality is excellent. I had to go under the house a week later to investigate an unrelated plumbing issue - even in the tight spaces under the house where no one would see, I found the conduits are tidy, organised, and well anchored. The exposed services of course are well organised.
Support - Alexandra has reached out regularly to see how things are going, and super responsive when I've had questions.
I'll certainly recommend Brightworks and plan to use them again when we choose to upgrade.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Alex, and the installer Caitlin was fantastic.

From initial contact to follow up calls post install the whole Brightworks team have been encouraging, informative and patient with my questions and indecision. The team showed up punctually on the day, efficiently installed panels and battery and gave a clear handover for my beautiful new system at the end. A slight change to layout on the day was explained clearly and checked with me before they proceeded. Very happy with the whole process and lucky enough to have had sunny days since then. Caitlin in the office has been in touch since to check that all is going well and I feel comfortable that if there ever were any issues they would be handled professionally. No regrets in going with Brightworks!
