Brightworks have been exceptional. We had a solar, battery, stovetop replacement done and this went very well. Quoting - Alexandra was helpful and upfront with quoting, recommendations and options. I had lots of specific questions and the team accommodated them all, visited when needed and spoke through implications. Install - Install day was professional and completed ahead of schedule on the day. The guys brought me over whenever choices needed to be made, and went with my preference, even when it wasn't the easiest to perform. Everything was left tidy. The lead sparky helped me setup and test the mobile apps and backup failover. Quality - The install quality is excellent. I had to go under the house a week later to investigate an unrelated plumbing issue - even in the tight spaces under the house where no one would see, I found the conduits are tidy, organised, and well anchored. The exposed services of course are well organised. Support - Alexandra has reached out regularly to see how things are going, and super responsive when I've had questions. I'll certainly recommend Brightworks and plan to use them again when we choose to upgrade.

It was such a pleasure to deal with Alex, and the installer Caitlin was fantastic. We had a Sigenergy battery installed into our existing solar and Alex went through all the options to help us make the decision. It's been 8 months since the install and everything is working well. The install was clean tidy and really well done. We've had electricity bills in credit since the battery was installed!

From initial contact to follow up calls post install the whole Brightworks team have been encouraging, informative and patient with my questions and indecision. The team showed up punctually on the day, efficiently installed panels and battery and gave a clear handover for my beautiful new system at the end. A slight change to layout on the day was explained clearly and checked with me before they proceeded. Very happy with the whole process and lucky enough to have had sunny days since then. Caitlin in the office has been in touch since to check that all is going well and I feel comfortable that if there ever were any issues they would be handled professionally. No regrets in going with Brightworks!

Aquatech installation We had our Aquatech X8 heat pump installed by Brightworks Solar, and the entire experience was seamless, efficient, and professionally managed from start to finish. Adrian was helpful and responsive throughout the process, and the installation team, Carlos and Nathan, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, were careful, courteous and highly professional, cleaned up thoroughly, and, after the electricians completed their work (which was also excellent), removed all packaging and rubbish. We couldn't speak more highly of the entire team.

Anthony helps with the most appropriate system for our home based on our previous energy usage. Installation team is punctual and very organised during installation. Admin Cailin is very friendly and she is just a phone call away for any question we had. We are very happy with the current system and app. They are five stars for their customer’s care and service.

We just had a premium system installed by Brightworks and couldn't be happier. They were professional from start to finish with excellent workmanship, service and advice. Caitlin was great and showed a lot of patience while we decided on the right system for us. Anthony and the lads arrived and installed 35 panels, a battery and inverter.
