This service was fantastic. They can do last minute request without overpricing. Lorraine did an amazing job and the person on the phone Sam assisted us nicely. I recommend their service and will use them again in the future!

Melissa did a great job. She was energetic, worked hard, and very pleasant. She cleaned the stove top and vinyl floors expertly. In addition, she put our cat Max at ease, and cleaned up a lot of cat hair! We would have her again.

Great service, super responsive and diligent about following up
The cleaning was great! My house really needed it and Brittany was great with my (fascinated) daughter while still getting the whole house cleaned really quickly. I hate cleaning and this is a luxury so it’s important that it’s done well and conveniently.
Friendly and easy to deal with all around, looking forward to our recurring service!

I could write a book for how unprofessional and disappointing my cleaning service and experience was. I don’t have the time to explain the details but I believe they outsource the cleaners and the ones that came to my house did not do a good job - to my standards. Here are a few reasons why.
- smelled like cigarettes
- rude
- they wore their dirty outside shoes in my house. I asked if they could wipe the top of my kitchen cabinets and the one cleaner didn’t take off her dirty shoes before stepping on my counter. Her shoes had a gum wrapper or something stuck to it. That was awful.
I sent a text to the lady I was communicating with, her name is Sam. I was not happy with the initial and these were all the things initially wrong. They came back the next day to “finish” the job but it was bad. Again, the cleaners themselves didn’t look professional or clean themselves.
The first cleaner that came had actually brought 3 of her children to sit in front of my house and also had their child use my bathroom inside. I booked a deep clean of the house so I expected 6-8 hours of a cleaning service. Bringing 3 young children, under the age of 10 was not safe or professional. I absolutely got screwed over booking services from this place, waste of money and I could have cleaned my own home 100x better than the cleaners. On top of that, the cleaners left their red bull can and water bottle after the clean. Again, it was unprofessional and disgusting.
I will say, Sam did her best to book another service when the initial cleaner came out and I was not going to have 3 young children waiting for hours outside. But the new cleaners were not appropriate. I have young children of my own and it was important that I had my house deep cleaned. Even though they tried to make it right by having them come back and finish the clean, their “best” cleaners did not meet my standards in clean, and were overall rude and uncomfortable to have in my home. This was my experience to this day, remember how disappointing it was at the end of it all.
I called, got a quote from Samantha, and today Alex and Kathy came and performed the requested service of deep cleaning two bathrooms and cleaning the kitchen floor. The bathrooms now sparkle and the kitchen floor shines. I will definitely hire them again.
