Excellent so far on a complete rewiring and new panel for a remodel. From prompt response for a bid when no other electricians bothered to show up or even return calls, to communication during the rough in, keeping us up to date on work schedules, and suggestions on how to make things better. All the employees knowledgeable, polite, and on time. A thing a lot of the trades don't value these days. And you get to talk or text with a real person with prompt response. If you need electrical work call them. They will do you right.

Andrew did a great job troubleshooting and re-installing the light/fan in my master bedroom. Since it couldn’t be repaired he went to Home Depot and found something similar to replace it. He was on time, courteous, and kept things tidy. I’d hire him again if needed.

We had coach lights installed on our garage. The price was reasonable and the assessor (William) and installer (Eric) were friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again! Update: And we did! Had them install a plug for an electric stove. Same amazing level of service and very happy with the work.

The service was great except for the fact that the technician was several hours late. I called after an hour or two and they apologized and said the electrician had been delayed at his appointment before ours but as soon as he finished there he would come. If I hadn't called them to find out the cause of the delay (which, luckily, wasn't a problem for us), I don't know if we would have ever been contacted regarding the delay. Once the gentleman arrived, the work was done to our satisfaction and in a professional manner and at a fair price. Regardless of the little blip in their service, I would be very comfortable recommending them.

I highly recommend Brightlife Electric. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Shannon has been extremely helpful as we worked through the process of getting a service upgrade and wiring a new workshop project rolling. MIke and Andrew did a great job wiring the work shop. Providing suggestions and answering my questions. I look forward to working with them through the next phases of this project. As the project continues so does the excellent service from Brightlife.
