We've been using Brighter Days to supplement my Mom's in home care for the last several months. I had originally called in a panic needing care for the following day - they were able to find an aide to cover within an hour. We've used several agencies in Broward and have had very negative experiences. From start to finish, Brighter Days was helpful, professional, and easy to work with. The payment process was easy and could be done via credit card. The aide that they sent us (Shacara) was amazing. She was very professional, able to adjust to last minute changes in her shifts, and a really calming influence on my mom. I highly recommend this agency to trust for caring for your loved ones. We will return to them in the future when the need arises.

My sister hired Brighter Days to send a home care aide to help me after I had knee surgery. She lives out of town and did an extensive amount of reading reviews before hiring them. The aides I worked with were fantastic, trustworthy and very helpful. I highly recommend Brighter Days for those who need in home assistance.

The care given to my parents is extremely attentive. The care givers are very nice and provide all the care needed. The customer service is very good as well. They are very quick to address any issues that may arise.

I have been using Brighter Days Nursing Agency for over a year and am so happy I chose them. From my initial contact with them I was impressed with the sincere kindness I was shown. I believe I have had interactions with every member of their office team and can attest to their professionalism and dedication to helping me with my concerns. To me it is important to trust and like the people I do business with. If I don't , or if I feel I am getting a run-a-round, I go someplace else. There has never been one instance when I questioned my choice to use them. And from the stories I hear, this is rare. Moreover, I always get someone on the phone when I call to ask a question. To get a live person and a direct and almost always an immediate answer is all too unusual in today's voicemail world.
I am also very fortunate with the wonderful lady who I have through the agency. She is truly praiseworthy. She is wonderful to have in our house and things are so much better when she is here. Not only is she so good at what she does, but she goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of so I don't have to worry about them or question if they were done properly. I could only hope she is with us forever.

The staff at Brighter Days is fabulous. My mom used Brighter Days for the last couple of years and the care she received was outstanding. Very hard working staff! they had a caregiver to my house on very short notice. The owner of the company Louise is very nice and even comes to visit her clients. Her son Vinnie is THE BEST! He is very professional and one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to.
