I had a positive experience from the start of the process to the finish. They are in a good location. The show trailer layout very easy to tour. Brandi was very professional and knowledgeable of the various product lines which meant finding a home that fit my needs and budget a breeze. April and Katie, respectively, made selection of the interior and exterior options and understanding the closing documents very easy. The crew also facilitates demolition of an existing structure on site, if necessary. and preparing the site for the new home. Great service all around.

Due to health issues, I had decided to buy a mobile home and park it on my daughter and son-in-law's property. This would be my first purchase of a home on my own ever. My sister and I went to Brigadeer Mobile Sales. That was when I was introduced to Kenny Adkins, he was to be my sales person. He was the kindest, most helpful man I think I have ever met. He did not push me to purchase anything. He was very kind and friendly. I bought a mobile home from them and to this day, he still encourages me to call him if I have any problems. I would say if you're looking for a mobile home, Definitely go to Brigadier and ask for Kenny.!

Let me start by saying this was a very amazing adventure. We had met Kenny before and we were sad to no longer be working with him. When we felt like we had no other course of action, fate had another plan for us. We followed Kenny to Brigadier where our best decision was made. Through the entire process, (especially as a first time home buyer) Kenny from day one treated us and made us feel like family. I’ll be honest I’ve had vehicle purchases be more stressful than buying our home. The level of communication that Kenny delivered on was absolutely flawless. Not a single item, subject or question was ever rushed by Kenny. He was very patient, even with us asking hundreds of questions. Even if he didn’t have an answer he was able to get one for us promptly and professionally. I really do believe Kenny has found us and enabled us to be in our forever home. Words cannot fully express how grateful we are to have worked with Kenny. We know in our hearts he has gone above and beyond for us and that he will always remember us. Thank you again Kenny. You made a huge difference in our lives.
