My son was having issues with his 2000 Audi TT instrument cluster. It’s sat for a while until we came across the guys at Bridgewater motor Works. Stopped in to talk with Tom and Jason was very impressed with the amount of years in knowledge and experience working in the shop. When a vehicle is 24 years old parts are harder to find, they were very successful in completing this task. so glad our paths crossed, thank you

Glad to help. Years of relevant experience, the factory scan tool, and employees that care equals a satisfied customer. Because this vehicle was a 2000, the parts required took longer than desired to obtain. We thank Paul and his son for their patience.
They did a great job repairing & servicing our BMW GT & ML350 Benz.They're well versed in repairing: Volkswagen's, Volvo's, Audi's & other vehicles; Just watch out for their 4½ pound guard dog, Buddy..😂🤣..they have an amazing team all on-site, & they also have a small fleet of loaner vehicles, if needed...just ask.

If you have a Mercedes or bmw dont ever think of going to a Dealer for service again. This small personalized shop has BOSCH CERTIFIED technicians and all the diagnostic tools they need to do the job. I have been bringing my cars here for over 30 years. They are the best. And their prices are so much better than at a dealership.

I tried to get my Volvo repaired to get an Inspection Sticker at another garage. It had engine codes. After over a month of trying to get it fixed, I picked it up and it was running terrible. I took it to Bridgewater Motors and they had it fixed and ready in short time. These folks know what they are doing.

Recently I got running boards installed on Mercedes. The price was way less than what mercedez dealer was quoting me. Tom and his team did an amazing job. I am very happy with the job. Everyone was so friendly, courteous and polite. They gave me regular updates and they get the job done within the time frame.

Likewise, we stive to expertly perform timely diagnosis and repairs using the same O.E. equipment and information used by the new car dealers. Unfortunately, Bridgewater Motor Works cannot make your European vehicle cheap to own. For 41 years, unlike some of the new car dealers, we have provided our services at a fair price. Over the same period, as the ownership of Mercedes and BMW new car dealerships have changed, their prices have gone from somewhat expensive to excessively greedy. We commend you for doing your homework on pricing and hope to see you again soon.
The only place I will take my classic Mercedes to be serviced & cared for. They keep my 50 plus year old beauty running as well as it did when first driven off the showroom floor. This shop is rare in today’s world. So appreciative of their expertise & professionalism.
