Working with Nick was an absolute waste—of time, money, and energy. What he offers isn’t coaching; it’s a rehash of tired self-help slogans you could find in any bargain-bin book or TED Talk. I saw zero meaningful results, despite following his advice and giving the process an honest effort. In my view, Nick is emblematic of a toxic industry built on false hope and manipulation. Executive coaching, as I experienced it, feeds off people’s vulnerability while offering nothing of substance in return. It’s not about helping you, it’s about keeping you dependent and paying.
