Helpful staff! Great selection of Lego bulk and sets. Brought in some Legos to trade and received a really good store credit. Looking forward to shopping there again. Kids can pit together a mini figure the way they want it.

Tried to sell my used figure worth 45$ dollars and they tried to only give me 10$ dollars for it wouldn’t suggest selling here

Hi Tyler,
Sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the offer our team provided for the Quay Tolsite figure. Unfortunately, the head was fairly damaged, and we wouldn’t be able to sell it in that condition. Replacing the head alone would cost us around $15–20, which significantly affects what we can offer.

Even in perfect condition, we’re not able to offer market value — that’s the price we sell items for — and we also have to account for operating costs like rent, staffing, utilities, and potential loss.

Our staff member was upfront that you might be able to make more selling the item yourself. What we offer is the convenience of a safe, quick, hassle-free sale, while we take on the risk of investing in items that may sit for a while and the cost of marketing them.

I recently purchased a brand new Lego set form another store and wouldn't you know it, it was missing a piece. Lego does not sell individual technic pieces at it's stores and to have the one piece shipped to the US was an 8 to 10 week wait. So I took a shot at Bricks and Minifigs and they had the piece I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store for you Lego needs!.

This shop is genuinely friendly - I even get greeted by name when I arrive. There are always enough staff to assist me when I can't quite find something and the ability to have store credit when I "resell" Lego back to them will keep me loyal and coming back to this particular store.

First time visitor! I went to inquire about selling some old bulk Bionicles. Leah and Katherine were BEYOND friendly and helpful. They processed my order very quickly giving me generous store credit (or I could have taken cash) which I converted into a birthday gift for my LEGO collecting daughter. I will be back to buy and sell!
