Overpriced on most stuff but you can definitely find some deals here and they have really good service!

As a locally owned and operated small business, we do our best to price to market pricing, and we believe that for most of our 1000s of products, Minifigs, Used Sets, Retired sets, specialty products we are competitively and fairly priced. This place like all other B and M locations are extremely overpriced, and refuse to haggle. Toy guys RVA is the much better Lego store in town and their prices are far better.

You are correct in that we do not negotiate pricing, we price our Used sets and Minifigs competitively and what we feel people will pay locally. As you can see in our other reviews here, many people feel we have fair pricing. We often have things priced below what you would find them for online.
As for other businesses, I am not sure how that is relevant, but it does seem to color the intent of your review.

Lovely place for the Lego obsessed. I found multiple retired sets, affordable certified sets, and an awesome used set that had all the pieces and an instruction book so I can take it apart and rebuild it myself!

Fun small shop with mostly LEGO sets and such. Other brand brick building sets are here as well.
There's a large table to build your own things and another to build your own mini fig.
Full sets and assembled kits. Worth a few hours to stop by.
