I had a Lego ideas set 21325 from 4 years ago. I had been saving that had not been opened. I asked for a quote on the phone, which seemed low but I was willing to do it. $70 for what's now valued as over a $140.
I go to the store and also bring in two similar priced retire sets.
The employee opens the medieval blacksmith Lego box to verify the contents. And then the other two boxes. Afterwards. He only offers me $80 for all three. A slap in the face. I asked him what about the original seven you had offered me on the phone. He says well, the medievable blacksmith box is open. How the hell are you going to charge me for something you did?
Unbelievable. I got lowballed and it was just bad business. I walked out with my Legos. Worse than a pawn shop dealer

Hi Kevin - We appreciate your feedback. I am sorry that you had a negative experience at our store. My understanding is that the boxes were open when you brought them in - our policy is that we never open a sealed box without the customer’s consent. If we did in this case, I am very sorry for our error. Please send me an email with some more information on your sets and I am happy to reevaluate.
Found a Lego set here that I was unable to find anywhere else. Not only was the price good, but received it in a very timely manner. I will definitely use them again for future purchases.

This place is amazing! The staff are all so kind and helpful, plus there is a nice mix of sets, bulk Lego, minifigs, and all the extras. We've had a birthday party here for one of our kids and it was a great experience - so easy on our end!

My son loves the Bricks & Minifigs store on Sandy! It’s hands-down his favorite location. The store is so well organized, making it easy to find even the tiniest pieces. The staff are absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help. They’ve gone above and beyond, helping my son track down specific pieces by interpreting his hand-drawn designs. It’s clear they know their stuff and truly enjoy what they do. According to my son, the Sandy location is THE BEST—and I couldn’t agree more!
