Unfortunately, today we ran out of one of our six steaks on the bone. This can occasionally happen as we work with fresh products, but the rest of the food menu was fully available. For this reason, I was a bit surprised to read that “several items were off”, as this does not reflect the actual situation.

That said, I’m sorry if this led you to choose a slightly more expensive cut.

Regarding the wine, we apologise for the vintage confusion. Initially, a 2023 vintage was presented, however once the issue was raised, our colleague corrected this and opened the 2022 as listed.

As clearly stated on our wine list, current vintages are subject to change. Every new vintage is carefully tasted, and if the difference is significant, we either recommend an alternative or choose not to offer the wine at all. This is part of how we maintain quality across a list of over 100 wines.
