Had a sore tooth which was getting worse - phoned first thing yesterday and the receptionist asked a few questions about the issues and then called me back to say they would see me first thing that morning. Dentist was professional, gentle and thorough and identified issue. Couldn’t have been a better experience or any smoother. Hugely impressed. First time I’ve needed an ‘emergency appt’ although been a patient there for 20+ years and really grateful to the practice.

The treatment I received from the Hygienist was perfect. But I was very disappointed to learn that I had to wait 9 months before I could get an NHS appoint with a dentist, why is more time not allocated to this service?

My visit to Brenchley Dental couldn't have been better. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and directed me to the waiting room. I was called to the treatment room spot on my appointment time, the dental nurse and Erik the dentist were both very friendly and professional.

I saw the hygienist sue pepper after about 12 years, yes I know life got in my way. Anyway she was fantastic and did a fantastic job, so did her assistant I used to go to this dentist before my 12 year break, and they was fantastic then, when I use to see Mr Riley who has now retired. Looking forward to getting back on track where my teeth are concerned

Very easy to log in, find an appointment online that suited me, fill in details required to update my info. Very pleasant experience with the hygienist who has done a great job, was very knowledgeable and was very thoughtful, checking I was okay multiple times.
