Rock star crew The most thing I liked were the staff man there amazing down from Rachel my star PT lady she was the best and not me not stop there Ahmad Jake and Roderick I hope I spelled his name right so we will go with Rod lol but they were so supportive encouraging my cheer leaders for sure oh let me not forget my student intern Bella she was the bomb 💣 I love this place so much today was my last day and I tell you when I left I sat in my car and cried in going to miss that team so much. But know that Rachel and the ones I mental have me all the tools I need to keep going especially for my other knee. Thank s so much to my Break through crew you guys ROCK and I will always come back for therapy anytime love you guys...

Josh and the team couldn't be more friendly, effective, and educational. I started having some reoccurring lower back pain and Josh identified and fixed the problem within one visit and had me back to working out within just a day. The best part is that he's not trying to sell you a subscription to keep you constantly coming back. They really want to fix you and get you back to living your life with great exercises you can do at home. Can't recommend them enough.

I set out to find an alternative to traditional PT when a problem area of mine worsened and I hadn't gotten much relief from previous PT. In addition, I had another area flare up and I know that is problematic when it comes to needing a different referral and insurance approval for each body part. I am so happy my research led me to Breaking Through. Their whole body approach is exactly what I needed. I am pain free in one area and nearly pain free in the other. But even better is that my range of motion improved and, as a result, so did my ability to get a good night's sleep again and dance comfortably.

After reading the fantastic reviews I knew what I had to do. In order to avoid back surgery that I honestly felt would leave me worse, I made the decision to make an appointment. It has turned out to be the best decision ever. After my second visit, I could feel the difference in my back. The home program (video) was easy to follow and I actually felt good knowing that I was strengthening my own body to avoid a surgery. I am extremely happy with my decision, their level of expertise and more importantly, their passion and dedication to their clients

I came in to Breaking Through with intense shoulder muscular pain and spasms. The staff was able to quickly assess what was wrong, and develop a plan for me to do at home to strengthen necessary muscles to alleviate the problems I was having. The pain was drastically reduced after the initial appointment, and totally gone within a few weeks of doing the exercises plus follow up appointments. Highly recommend Breaking Through!

Josh & his wife are amazing, their knowledge and technique they use at their practice allowed me to recover from my injury quickly and get back to play competitive tennis. 10/10 highly recommend.. would not be able to feel confident in my ability to play so quickly without their PT & specialized program they created for me to do at home. I've been seeing Josh and Jennifer for about a year and I love everything about the support they've given me, but the best part is their recent addition of Daniel with Wheelhouse Performance Lab. I've been needing a trainer who can meet me where I am and Daniel does just that. He never pushes you harder than is safe and I leave my training appointments feeling better than when I arrived. Typically you expect to be miserably sore after strength training, but that is not the case with Daniel. He will take the time to learn you and then checks in to ensure you're safe. Good form is a priority. Definitely schedule an intro meeting with Daniel soon!

Josh has really helped with my nagging shoulder pain from stress on my golf swing. 2 sessions in and already getting strength back that was lost. His team’s goal is not to be a forever patient. Josh and his team are amazing people, let alone amazing physical therapists! Here's my story: Friday - couldn't stand up after a bulged disc in my back Saturday - struggled to walk, bend over, or have any movement at all Sunday - SAW JOSH Monday - Cut my grass, played with my kids, and felt better AFTER those things. Crazy! Now I continue to find other areas of weakness in my body that I'm working on strengthening and moving! HIGHLY recommend this team!!

A very good experience! I had been dealing with knee pain for about 3 years and had been through physical therapy programs but nothing seemed to improve. After a couple of sessions with Josh my knee and low back were much better. My favorite part about the sessions are the level of education and detail. Josh explains everything very well and you leave every session with much more knowledge about your body. I can confidently recommend visiting Josh if you have any nagging issues. After just 3 sessions and a couple of exercises I was able to go back to sports and lifting.
