Disappointed and frustrated. When I dropped off the tie I told the employee it had grease & blood ,but she didn’t mark it as cleaners typically do. When I picked it up and paid $9 It still had blood and a greasy spot.
I told her the blood didn’t come out and she asked a manager. Manager didn’t bother to come talk to me, but sent the employee to tell me there’s no guarantee blood will come out , even though I was not told that at drop off.
Nothing to lose at this point so , I took the tie home and was able to get the blood out with oxy & the grease with Dawn dish soap . Could've saved myself $9 and two trips by doing it myself. Will not go here again.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Major Cleaners. I like that they send a text when your order is ready and my order is usually ready a day before promised. I had to have a redo because I failed to request that my pants be creased. They were very nice about redoing the pants and at no additional cost. Great customer service!

They’re nice people and the drive through is great, but it’s very expensive. $10 to launder two shirts is outrageous.

I have a very old Handmade Quilt that I acquired from an Antique store sometime ago. It desperately needed to be cleaned, but
I was very hesitant to take it to a cleaners because I thought that it would be damaged. Then a friend of mine recommended that I take it to Major Cleaners and I am so Glad that I did.
