Ben and the guys are extremely professional and we felt immediately at ease having them pack and clear the house and move us. We gave them a challenge..to move in an original fairground waltzer car into the conservatory. It took all 6 of them and some hair raising logistics but they did it and we are forever grateful. No other team could have done this but Ben and the guys rose to the challenge! They made what could have been a stressful move into an easier, well planned and successful one. Ben & his team did a STERLING job moving my 86 year old Mother from her bungalow to a managed accomodation 1st floor flat. Right from the go, they were all courteous, professional & efficient. We had to wait quite a few hours before the monies transfer completed but that was no problem to them - they packed everything up & went off until we were ready & they then moved all the stuff in without any fuss. Thank you Ben & team - I highly recommend Braithwaite's Removals & wouldn't hesitate in using them again if ever needed.

Fantastic service from Ben and his team. We used the full packing and removal service which I highly recommend. Everyone was polite, professional and really friendly which helped calm my nerves. Everything was packed and moved to a high standard. The whole service was excellent value for money, and although I never want to move again, Ben and his team made the whole experience pain free.

Everything went smoothly, and it’s clear this was another perfect house move delivered by this fantastic team. I truly appreciate all the hard work and professionalism throughout the process. Hopefully, I won’t be moving again anytime soon, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again. Many thanks to you and your team! Additional. Although it was in poor condition to start, reported a book had not survived the rigours of the journey, and Ben went above and beyond to replace the book with a near exact copy of the book that had a special cover on release. What a fab team from start to finish. Very competitively priced and professional. Ben turned up as agreed to give us a quote and was very helpful answering questions along the way. We only got a week's notice for our move and they were able to fit us in which was much appreciated. On the day the team turned up and were all very polite and chatty which made things less awkward. We had a couple of issues on the morning but the team were quick to help us fix them and they never complained even when things were a little challenging. I would absolutely recommend Braithwaites and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making a stressful day a little easier !

I would highly recommend this company. For the complete house move longer distance they were prompt, very hardworking, efficient. They used 3 vans crewed by 6 lads who were both friendly and courteous. The drops were over 2 locations very close together. They loaded to allow for this, never once complaining , unloading was speedy and efficient. We have unpacked most of the boxes, nothing is damaged. Thanks very much for a removal extremely well done.

I used Braithwaite’s Removals this month to help me with an unusual situation. I need a loft space and large cupboard clearing upstairs and bought downstairs. Not a ‘normal’ moving scenario. Ben (MD) was amazing and very efficient. Came to house promptly and quoted a very fair price. No pressure on me just said he would sort out a team when needed. I went ahead and they were brilliant. It was probably more tricky than thought but the team were fantastic. Really, really lovely guys who remained calm and professional. I’m so pleased I used a local firm but very, very happy with the service provided. Thank you Ben and your team. You made a worrying situation get sorted quickly! Brilliant.
