We contact a couple of removal companies . However when Ben arrived he was very professional , polite and so helpful, When it came to removal day.( Blackpool to Northumbria) .His whole team were very professional , courteous and polite.through out the day although it was a very long and hard day for them. They looked after all our items.like there own property with nothing getting damaged. I would like to say a big thank you once again to them . I would certainly recommend anyone who needs a removal company to contact Ben before making a decision.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I needed a removal company that could not only make the physical job of packing easy but also support, respect and include, my 80 year old Auntie in her move after 48 years. That is exactly what I got with Ben and his team. They got her involved, checked everything with her, listened and responded to her concerns and all at her pace, not their's. The team were polite, kind and efficient and it was clear that they new their craft. The team made this transition easy which helped me in supporting her in such a big change. Hi, I rang Ben the other day with a request for help at short notice. He went out of his way to sort my problem. He was kind , informative and professional. His team rang me this morning as they were a bit early. I expected anytime from 7.30 onwards so was ready for the call. I met them 2 minutes later. All job done, no hitches all straight forward. Polite helpful staff. Job done, could nt ask for more. Good price 👍 well done.

These boys are Fantastic. We got let by another company the day before so by chance my husband found them and fortunate for us squeezed us in. I can not tell you how professional they are. Honestly brilliant. They arrived on time, removed everything so efficiently, even giving us and filling their own boxes. Never seen 4/5 fellas work so hard. Didn't realise how much stuff we had but it was all packed on the 2 vans, delivered, unloaded with everything in tact and all instructions/requests followed to the letter. Polite and helpful, the move was far less stressful than we imagined.

After a horrible experience of moving house ourselves last time we chose to use a removals company this time! I spent several weeks sending off emails to various companies to request quotes and availability. Braithwaites were the only ones who contacted me back, so straight away I knew they were reliable. Ben came to our house a few days later to work out the quote and we received the quotation within the hour. Ben kindly contacted me when he had other interest in the same date and so we chose to book just before our contracts had been exchanged. I must admit I was a little apprehensive the day before our move as I was worried something would go wrong, but on the day at 8am as promised the 2 lads with their van arrived very promptly and got straight to work. All our belongings were in the van in what felt like less than 2 hours. They left us to it and asked us to call when we had the keys to our new house. They arrived about an hour after we arrived at the new house, and again they got straight to work and had the van unloaded with all the boxes in their rooms within no time at all! This company is reliable, friendly and professional. The guys who moved us on the day worked so hard, they were friendly and polite. We can't fault them at all and should we ever move again we will definitely use Braithwaites.
