I was originally turned down by another Law Firm. Then I saw an advertisement for compensation law. I called and spoke to Brooke, Paralegal, who was more than happy to assist me. Upon taking my information, my case was opened. Any questions or concerns I had Brooke was right there with a prompt response. The firm took care of updating all information regarding physical therapy, doctor, surgical procedure, and assisted in getting medical equipment. Towards the end of my case when it came to making final decisions I was contacted by Mr. Smith himself. I was given information. He allowed me to make an educated decision. I say this all to say… I was treated like I mattered and felt as important as a client that might have received a million dollars.

I cannot say enough about Brad Smith and his law firm. I find them to be professional, and knowledgeable with an impeccable integrity. They also have a way of making their clients feel like an important part of their family. When I call them, they are always prompt in getting back to me with the information I have requested. As we all know having unanswered questions can be down right worrisome with Brad and his staff on the job this isn't a problem, as they say no question is large or too small.
