I wouldn’t use anyone else,I have always been pleased with every door’s & windows we have had.But the other reason I use them is their aftercare is spot on.On Friday I had trouble with conservatory doors which are 4 years old,I phoned and was told someone would be with me in the hour,less than 30 minutes and a young man came and fixed them .Thank you so much.
We just had replacement windows with BSW. The process was smooth from start to finish, price as expected and reasonable. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. We are really pleased with the new windows they look and feel so much better than our old glazing, granted it was about 30 years old and no longer in the best of conditions. The new windows have put a different feel on the house and seem to have reduced the noise levels with the house being on a busy road. 💯 recommend.
BSW just finished replacing all of my upstairs windows and did a fantastic job. Fairly priced, work carried out promptly and professionally, and something I can say (as a returning customer) is the customer service is the best I have come across in recent years. I wouldn’t go elsewhere - 10/10
Had porch replaced, from the first survey to the team finishing the job everything went smoothly, great communication, friendly service. On day of installation it rained heavily, but the team just cracked on without moaning. Brilliant job, has transformed our house. Definitely recommend Bradley Scott Windows.
Great experience with Bradley Scott. They saved me a lot of money when I was going to pay for new windows. I was advised to to get mine repaired instead, which saved me a lot of money. Also had a new door fitted. It looks great and I would recommend this company if you need any type of glazing doing. Excellent service, value for money, quality windows and doors, and only took a few weeks from when I called them before they had completed all of the work. 👏👏
It will probably take me longer to write this review than what they spent in my house when I asked for a quote.
Less than 3 minutes in my home, and yes, I looked on the doorbell camera to check that I wasn't overreacting!
I asked for a quote for front windows of a home I'd just moved into.
He literally came into my living room, said he didn't need to measure as he would count the bricks, and left. Didn't talk me through their service, didnt ask what type of glass I wanted or show me any brochures, literally walked in, I said I just wanted the front done, he said he'd count the bricks and walked out.
Quote came quickly but I won't entertain someone that couldn't be bothered with me as a customer.
You buy people, right?
Anyway, I've decided to go with another local company that could be bothered with me and having all of the house done now.
Hired them to replace my upvc windows, gutters and fascias. The price was good. They turned up on time and completed the work as planned. Cleaned up after themselves and were very profressional. Good reliable firm, offering a good service for a good price. I highly recommend them.
From initial enquiry to fitting, everyone at Bradley Scott was efficient, professional and friendly. Everything was completed either bang on time or earlier than promised without having to chase them up (a rarity these days!)

We had a pane of glass that needed replacing in a double glazed unit, Brad in the office gave me a price based on my own measurements, he arranged for a full measurement to happen, the glass was ordered and fitted super quickly. Fitter was great, neat, tidy, friendly. Really impressed. Would certainly recommend. 👍🏻
The fitters arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were polite, unobtrusive and cheerful. The work was completed efficiently and with expertise.

Excellent service from this company we had windows fitted 6 years ago and noticed a small amount of peeling on the window sash .
I got in contact with Bradley Scott and straight away they came out to look at the windows.
Then a window specialists was sent out to assess the windows which was a manufacturing fault .
Brad got in contact with the manufactures and the end result was every window was remade and installed with no cost to myself .
I was kept up to date every step of the way.
The after care from this company has been amazing new windows are in and a great service again .

My mothers house needed a new garage door, we were recommended this company by our neighbour and I called to first to see what first impression would be , they were excellent, very helpful and offered advice, we decided to call into showroom, we spoke to a gentleman named Ash, again helpful and after discussing our requirements we placed an initial order, a survey was arranged to confirm size of door and the gentleman who did this was again very polite and helpful, we were told it may be a wait of up to 6 weeks from ordering to fitting , this was fine and is industry standard, we were kept informed every step of the way and communication was unquestionable, we received notification when door would be fitted, I called to change the date and there was no problem at all, on the day of fitting the gentleman who was doing this introduced himself ( Dave ) and was professional at all times, he did a superb job and the door looks perfect in every way, we were told that he would be at my mothers house between 09.00 & 10.00, he arrived at 08.59, door was delivered 5 minutes later, this was excellent🙂
On the day of fitting we were called to ask if all was ok, we didn’t expect this but it just goes to show they value customers.
We received a follow up call a few days later to once again check all was satisfactory, we have had no problems with BSW whatsoever and due to the manner in which they have looked after us, my mother is now considering a new porch.
To summarise, BSW are not one of the huge companies that show little to no customer care, they are a credit to the industry, very helpful, courteous, efficient and they will always be our first point of contact should we require replacements of windows, doors etc.
Thank you for all you have done for us and for the care shown, we really appreciate it and wish you many more successful years of business in Tamworth & surrounding areas.

The team at BSW have been amazing from the first point of contact through to the fitting of my new window offering a great customer experience. Andy was very patient and knowledgeable working with me until we got the design perfect, I was then kept informed by Brad all the way through the journey. The day of install the 2 fitters (sorry I didn’t get their names) did a fab job, they were polite and very professional covering the floors then cleaning up any mess when they left.
